Wi-Fiを設定してもらいましたが、接続可能場所でも接続できなかったのが残念でした。 部屋はバスタブがありジャグジーもついていて、とても清潔感があり最高でした！！ サービスやスタッフさんの対応もとても丁寧でした。

日本人が 少なく 残念です。日本向けに アピールしていただけると 増えるでしょう。ツアーで ほとんど方が、ランチクルーズには 行かれているようですが 、ハロン湾を 満喫したいなら 2ナイトクルーズを おすすめします。今回で４度目 また行きたくなります。クルーズ船が 1年目で スタッフに 活気があり 心地よい 時間が持てました。

Amazing cruise, huge cabins, superb food

Escolhemos este barco pois ele parecia novo, apenas parecia. Nosso quarto tinha cheiro de esgoto, o chão era grudento, como se algo tivesse sido derramado e ninguém limpou, e havia apenas 1 tomada funcionando no quarto inteiro, e esta estava com fios expostos e desmontando da parede. A comida do almoço do primeiro dia era boa, agora as jantas eram horríveis, assim como o café da manhã, que servia apenas pão com manteiga. Outra questão foi o transfer que reservamos através da empresa do Cruzeiro, indo e voltando de Hanoi. Solicitamos a volta para o aeroporto e em nenhum momento foi nos dito que não seria possível levar até lá, e no momento que soubemos que não levariam até o aeroporto e sim só em Old Quarter, foram ríspidos ao tentar resolver, colocando a culpa em nós, os hóspedes. Assim como foi a reação da equipe do barco ao ver nossa avaliação que eles mesmos pediram para fazermos. A melhor parte sem dúvidas foi o passeio a Viet Hai/Cag Village, que era terceirizado. A comida foi muito boa do almoço, assim como o passeio em si.

It was beautiful in the bay and the boat itself was very nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. There is a lot of wait and travel involved and the activities are basic but if you want to relax with beautiful views its perfect.

The staff contacted me on what’s app the night before around 10 pm to let me know that they were putting us on another cruise, I was upset they waited so long to let me know but they assured us the cruise ship was very similar to the cruise ship I originally booked and only been in operation since last year December 2023 but when we got on the cruise ship it was pretty obvious the cruise ship had been running longer than that. Even though the cruise ship was still in good condition there were obvious signs of wear and tear that to me made it hard to believe that it was running less than a year. The transportation to the cruise ship was horrible, they packed over 50 people on to a smaller boat, there was no air circulation and it was so hot, humid, and hard to breathe. The typhoon had just came by a few days prior so there was quite a bit of trash in the bay and they didn’t let us be in Halong Bay at all, we were only able to cruise Lanha Bay which is understandable because there was still so much trash and debris. No wifi available on the boat. Food was ok. Staff on the other hand was very nice and tried to be as accommodating as possible.

Excellent trip!! The crew were great, especially Vinnie! Would highly recommend this cruise for two nights.

Avevo questa prenotazione fatta su Hotels.com ma per avere informazioni su dove andare e per la conferma della prenotazione 3 gg prima non c'era un numero WhatsApp facile da trovare. Avevo un numero di telefono e un numero di fax😂😂😂😂 ma esiste ancora chi usa il fax?! Fortunatamente mi ha aiutato la reception dell'Hotel precedente che ha chiamato 3 volte prima che confermassero la mia prenotazione. La nave era bella, ma per raggiungerla dal porti c'è voluto quasi un ora. Non abbiamo fatto le escursioni perché non eravamo in forma ma sulla nave siamo stati bene. Abbiamo fatto un body massage e credo sia stato uno dei migliori tra Vietnam e Thailandia.personale simpatico e cordiale, cibo tanto ma senza anima, neanche nelle peggiori mense. All'arrivo al porto ho avuto un problema di connessione per cercare di contattare la compagnia che mi doveva portare a Ninh Binh e mi hanno trattato come se ormai non gliene fregava più nulla una volta finito il soggiorno

Très grande et belle cabine, nous avons été surclassés en exécutive suite. Quelques bémols : le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas, la porte donnant sur le balcon ne se verrouillait pas et la safety box n’existait pas. Le ménage de la cabine bien que demandé le 2è jour avait été oublié et les activités après le dîner inexistantes à part la pêche aux calamars. Les plus : le personnel est adorable même s’il est parfois difficile de comprendre leur anglais, Les repas sont très bons. La cabine est spacieuse avec une bonne literie. Nous avons passé une agréable croisière

Great cruise of halong bay with amazing views. Boat is beautiful with a 5 star staff who go above and beyond. Would highly recommend this trip

Överlag en bra båttur. Kryssning kan vi inte kalla det. Lyxig? Nja, lite att ta i. Kan behöva lite underhåll, men inget som stör. Rent och fint och vi sov gott. Mycket trevlig personal, utflykten dag 2 väldigt intressant. Tycker det fanns mat för alla (vi äter inte fiske el skaldjur).

Older cruise

The boat cruise was a fantastic experience for us. We were impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the crew and manager, who went out of their way to accommodate our needs and preferences. The food was amazing and abundant, and the activities were entertaining and diverse. We loved the views, and the atmosphere. The only minor drawback was that some of the hotel amenities were a bit outdated and damaged. For example, the shower glass was cracked and he refrigerator in our room was malfunctioning. I would still highly recommend this boat cruise to anyone who is looking for a fun and memorable vacation.

We really wanted to try a stay in Halong Bay for our trip and booked this cruise. However, our room was a little damaged. We had two twin beds, and one of the ottomans at the end of the bed had a massive yellow stain on it. In addition, one of the windows in our room had a long crack in it (it was probably around 4 feet long total and spanned most of the width of the window). Lastly, when we came in our AC wasn't working at all. Other than our room, the cruise felt very rushed and the food was plated / presented really well, but the quality of food was really low. Lots of chewy, poorly cooked meats. Our guide for the trip was fantastic and very outgoing, and loved his energy. However, everything else felt lack luster. In regards to travel, the schedule was not clearly communicated before the trip - we thought we would disembark around 930am and return to Hanoi around 1230pm, however we didn't dock at the marina again until 12pm. The shuttle service they provide to and from the marina also stops at a different, local place for a "bathroom break" for 30 minutes where it feels forced for tourists to buy souvenirs / food. This happened to us both on the way there and on the way back. Lastly, if you sit outside, you will be harassed by locals on boats trying to sell you snacks, drinks, etc. It was constant. Overall, we wouldn't book this cruise again. We would want to do 2 nights instead of 1, and try out a different cruise to see how the quality and experience might compare.

I would not say it is a luxurious cruise. No swimming pool on the deck, and food selection is quite scarce especially for us, Muslims. The arrangement is not synchronized. I had been dealing with tons of emails before the departure and when I arrived, they still got my name wrong. The lead tour, Duck could have been slightly nicer (found him to be fierce and sometimes rude when asked more questions). The program and activities were a little bit boring. Took us swimming and kayaking in a dirty part of the ocean. My towel got stained during the trip, and when asked for a new towel from the guide, Andrew, he refused to lend another with an excuse only one towel for one guest (although there were only 5 people in our group and they had around 40 towels on the boat). Viet Hai Village was the only fun thing on the trip. People who only stay for 1 night will not do Viet Village and the Bat Cave is really boring. I found a one-night itinerary is a bit too rushing though. The only thing I liked was the bathtub with jacuzzi inside my room by the glass window. Other than that, it was just okay and it was not a great experience for me.

Good stay. The boat itself is dated but the staff is great, very strict timeline and good Cruise Manager.
