旧市街の中心にありますが、静かな環境です。 チェクインもチェックアウトもとてもスムーズです。 部屋も清潔感があり、快適に過ごせました。

旧市街にあるため、基本的にごちゃごちゃしてわかりにくいです。 ホテルの場所を見つけるのに二回通り過ぎました。 シャワーの温度調節が難しく、熱湯になってしまい、軽くヤケドをしてしまいました。 部屋の鍵も硬く開けづらいです。 スタッフの対応が良かったのがせめての救いです。 朝食は、朝７時からと言われたので７時半くらいに行った所、まだ準備が出来ていなかった。 旧市街の雰囲気を味わうだけなら良いと思います。

スタッフの方々は親切でいつでも丁寧な応対をしてくださいました。 穏やかな雰囲気で、経営されている家族の人柄を感じるホテルです。 館内もきれいにしてあり清潔感がありました。 朝ごはんは7種類から選べます。沢山のフルーツも用意されていました。 場所も分かりやすく便利です。周辺は夜は賑やかですが、落ち着いて過ごすことができました。 次もまた泊まりたいと思うホテルです。

家族経営で、スタッフはフレンドリー。 プロパガンダアートでデコレーションしてある、面白い内装のお部屋でした。

Great staff, but the property needs refurbishing and cleaning. Many things are dingy, not working and outdated. Great location in the middle of everything. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, you won’t find it here. If you’re looking to be in the action for a very cheap price and an ok private en-suite room this is for you.

The thing about this Hotel that I appreciated the most was the staff. They all went above & beyond for me, my partner, and friends during our stay. They were extremely accommodating to our specific needs of the trip. Arranging taxis, tours, and syncing up our booking with our friends etc. Viet was extremely welcoming and informative during our entire stay. He gave tons of amazing recommendations for food and sites to see. The rooms were extremely clean and cozy. The breakfast and coffee served here was also awesome! The banana pancakes are a must try! I will definitely be returning to Finnegans hotel when I return to Hanoi!

Great location. Family ran business, lovely to see everyone working together.

직원분들은 친절하시고 좋았는데, 문제는 동남아지만 추워서 떨면서 잤구요 침구가 그렇게 깨끗하진않아요ㅜㅜ 청소는해주시지만... 저렴해서그런가싶고... 제일큰 문제는 뜨거운물이 안나와서 냉수샤워....ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ추운게 젤 힘들었어요 생각보다 그렇게 씨끄럽진않았고 테라스가 너무 좋았어요ㅎㅎㅎ 추천 비추천 반반입니다....하핳 저렴하면됬지모하면 추천이구요 위치가 너무좋거든요ㅎㅎㅎㅎ

Das Zimmer stank ziemlich und die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht wirklich. Es ist relativ laut aber dafür ist die Lage sehr zentral. Das Personal war sehr nett.

This is a wonderful family owned hotel. The owner was so friendly and accommodating. He helped me easily book a car to the airport and at an incredibly reasonable price, no rip offs here! They also offered to print out my boarding pass (something I didn’t even think to ask.) The staff was always so friendly through my whole stay and the rooms were comfortable and clean! My only complaint would be, certain sides of the hotel boarder with the hostel next door so if you are a light sleeper it could be a problem. Just be sure to ask for a quieter room and you’ll be golden! I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Hanoi! :)

Pros-Late check in was great, clean quiet room, good AC, Cons-no windows in room, beds harder than what I am used to, my daughter thought they were comfy though

I was so happy to be there. Especially staff was so kind and nice. Although it was little noisy around my room, but not so much to bother my sleeping. The best thing here is hotel location which is in center of many entertainments.

일단 하노이에서 가성비가 좋은것 같아요. 객실도 깨끗하고 엘리베이터도 있고, 특히 전 흡연자인데 방에 작은 테라스가 있고 거기 작은 테이블이랑 의자가 있어서 흡연하기 좋더라구요. 그리고 주변에 필요한 시설들은 다 있는것 같아요. 비록 시내에서는 좀 멀고, 조금 외지긴 하지만요. 다만 수건을 바스타올 2장만 주네요. 일반 세면타올은 주지 않더군요. 그리고 밤이되면 주변에 노상술집이 많은지 좀 늦게까지 시끄럽습니다. 그것 빼곤 다 좋았어요.

Did not have a room available for me at check in, despite being booked many days out. Also would not give me a refund. Could not even find my reservation despite me having confirmation number from Expedia.

The to was clean and close to restaurants and attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff, the welcome, the advise, the breakfast, the shower, the list is as large as the heart of the proprieters. Stay there!

The manager was extremely helpful. He gave me a map and great suggestions of where to eat in the city. The hotel is in an exciting area with lots of food, bars and clubs. I would strongly recommend staying here, especially if you like to party at night. It’s cheap too.
