朝食付きプランで予約しました。 施設全体がとても綺麗で気分よく宿泊することができました。 ホイアン旧市街地へも徒歩5分圏内でホイアン観光中心ならかなり良い立地条件です。 この日の朝食はアラカルトメニューでした、一つ一つが美味しく、量が1人では食べきれないくらい多かったのがビックリしました😅

During our two-week trip to Vietnam, Signature Hoi An was by far one of the best places we stayed. The property is new, modern, and exceptionally well-maintained, with a perfect location just minutes from Hoi An’s Ancient Town, the Japanese Covered Bridge, and local markets. They even offer free bike rentals, making it effortless to explore the town and surrounding countryside. What truly stood out was their continental breakfast, an incredible experience we’d never had before, with a variety and quality that felt luxurious. Combined with flexible check-in and check-out times, this stay was flawless and unforgettable.

We had a lovely time at The Signature and particularly appreciated the free foot massages! The hotel is as lovely as it looks in the pictures, and we would have been happy to stay longer. The staff were wonderful, and the location is great.

Dès notre arrivée le 22/12, l’accueil a été problématique. La dame qui nous a reçus nous a attribué une chambre avec vue sur une autre chambre, alors que nous avions payé pour une vue sur la ville. Lorsque mon compagnon a signalé cette erreur, elle a été désagréable, affirmant que la vue n’était pas garantie et que la chambre correspondante n’avait pas d’ascenseur. Après insistance, elle a passé la discussion à son collègue. Nous avons finalement obtenu la bonne chambre, mais son attitude a terni notre séjour. Elle a ensuite continué à nous envoyer de nombreux messages via WhatsApp pour justifier son erreur, ce que nous avons trouvé intrusif. Cette situation nous a conduits à écourter notre séjour. Prévu pour 5 nuits, nous sommes partis après 2 nuits, organisant un transfert privé pour poursuivre notre voyage. Avant notre départ, nous avons effectué le check-out normalement. Cependant, en cours de route, l’hôtel nous a appelés pour signaler un oubli de facturation pour notre transfert à l’arrivée et nous demander de payer directement le chauffeur en espèces. Nous avons payé, mais cet épisode résume bien notre séjour.

In a good location away from the hustle and bustle but so close you can get to central area in just under 5 mins. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful

The stay was nice nd quiet even though we were in such a bustling area. The staff was very helpful as we arrived early and they managed to allow for an early check in.

This is an amazing hotel! Well located, within walking distance from the old town and yet far enough to have a quiet night rest.

This was a gorgeous property. Well Maintained, very clean and friendly staff. It’s quiet at night but just a short grab ride or walk from all the night life.

We had an amazing stay at The Signature Hoi An! The hotel was newly renovated and it definitely shows with how clean everything was. The check-in process was a breeze. We had a nice complementary drink while the concierge explained everything about to property to us. They also brought up that their Spa is under renovations so to compensate for that, they gave us free massages at another local spa which was also amazing! The Suite we had was super large. A King size bed would have better filled out the room but the Queen size was just fine. Everything inside the room was squeaky clean and new! Most importantly was that the A/C was centrally located and was strong enough to cool down the entire space. Along with the ceiling fan in the middle of the room, I got pretty cold and had to turn it off. 😅 The restroom was nicely appointed with stone and quartz top. The tub was a nice touch. The restaurant here is actually pretty good! One of the better hotel restaurants I've been to and actually just a good restaurant in itself. The free buffet was great with a bunch of different options. The pool looked amazing! It was raining most of the time we were here so we weren't able to enjoy it. Overall a great stay and would definitely come back here next time!

The Signature Hoi An is a stunning hotel. Brand newly renovated and everything is sparkling. Very comfortable beds. Location is fantastic. Close to the action but around the corner so quiet. Staff are incredibly helpful and kind and welcoming. Beautiful spa and gorgeous pools. Can’t wait to come back

Great location near the busy Old Quarter but far enough away not to be disturbed by it! Two great infinity pools and good size for laps! Very clean rooms with lovely new fluffy towels! Hotel only been open a month so working through a few teething problems but staff extremely helpful and friendly to help!! Overall highly recommend!
