Fabulous stay - the rooms are a great size and very modern. Was great to have the room for a small extra cost till 4 pm. I do think if you are staying in the hotel you shouldn’t be charged for car parking - this should be complimentary as a guest.

Room was spotlessly clean, staff were so welcoming and friendly. Swimming pool was great and the food at the restaurant was outstanding as was the service!!

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We checked in at 4:02 p.m., and from that moment the experience went downhill. The receptionist who checked us in told us that we had to book a time slot to use the swimming pool. Since it was already 4:02, she said we couldn’t use the pool right away and had to book the next available slot at 5:30 p.m. When we went to the pool at 5:30, we were told to come back later at 6:15, and then again at 9:00 a.m. the next day, which made no sense — especially with young children. Every time we tried to go, the staff kept changing our booking or canceling it without a proper explanation. When I finally took a photo of our confirmed 6:15 booking to prove our slot, they still refused to let us in, claiming it wasn’t possible because our booking was “only for four kids and one adult.” This was completely unfair, as we followed all their booking rules. It honestly felt like they were making fun of us and simply didn’t want to let us use the facilities. To make things worse, the gym receptionist told us directly that we were not allowed to go there and that it was up to him whether anyone could use the gym or pool. He even said that the gym and pool “belong to him,” which was shocking and completely unprofessional. Overall, we paid for facilities that we were repeatedly denied access to, and the staff’s behavior was unacceptable. The whole experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and disappointing. The resort was welcoming and clean

Service was good, rooms OK, bathrooms not great. Don't expect to have fun in the pool with Kids, it's a fun free zone! I understand for healthclub type visitors but if you book thinking, 'great the kids will enjoy the pool' it's not worth it, too many rules. (No Jump, No Dive, No under 16 in Jacuzzi etc) Car charging not hotel owned, it was my first charge away from home, required online payment by card (no apple pay) and one charge was out of order, but I did charge fine overnight once I navigated the issues.

Really good hotel with an excellent room just on the 1st floor. The night manager was particularly helpful to us providing us with room service as the bar was closed before 11pm. Disappointing for us was that there was no shuttle bus available up to the main hotel where we were dining. Staff were very friendly

Nice bar area and clean room however my room was the closest to the bar area, it was very noisy and I had an awful night's sleep

Too expensive for what the room, had to pay £12 a day for hotel car park.

Great hotel, my only complaint is there is no refrigerator in the room, and it is not close to any shops. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

We were staying at the hotel as we had tickets for the Michael Jackson tribute. Convenient location, friendly staff, great food! we always stay here when we are up that way and love it there. Lovely pool and jucuzzi
