Tempatnya pas banget di tengah-tengah kota, cocok buat yang benar-benar cuma mau menginap istirahat karena tidak berisik, parkirannya strategis tidak ribet, pelayanannya sangat ramah, nyaman dan kamarnya bersih.

Insyaallah kalau liburan kembali menginap di hotel ini lagi, betul-betul puas, saya boking 4 kamar buat liburan keluarga betul-betul tidak kecewa dari check-in sampai check-out, Kelarga juga sangat senang, hotel bersih dan pelayanan ramah banget, terima kasih horison sudah membuat kami nyaman menginap di sana.

Hotel nyaman, dekat dengan mal jadi hanya perlu jalan kaki. Untuk sarapan variatif, recommended!

I had the pleasant stay here. This accommodation has delicious food, the room super clean, in strategic area and with good security. They really went the extra to cater everything that I needs. Guys...would highly recommend it to everyone who visited Balikpapan

Kamar yang nyaman dan suasana adem dengan view laut.

Sangat menyenangkan, staff-nya ramah semua. Meskipun hotel lumayan berumur, tapi kebersihan dan pelayanan sangat istimewa, sangat memuaskan. Next tugas ke Balikpapan pasti balik lagi nginep di sini.

My first time checking in Astara for 2 nights. It was a great time we had drinking sessions at Blend Wine. Cool cafe with a variety of drinks at a reasonable price. Friendly staff Ibu Yulis and Grace. The rooms were so clean and the AC was so chilled. For food, it's surrounded by a food paradise. Had fun in Score Sports Lounge playing golf stimulation with Pak Herman, the Manager of Score Sports Lounge. The rate for golf stimulation is so cheap, Rp250,000 per hour. I really enjoyed it. Good service for the Astara Hotel concierge, especially Pak Adi and Aldi, who are willing to show you the nightlife spots in the BSB area. I really enjoyed my trip to Balikpapan and was very comfortable staying at the Astara Hotel Balikpapan. Again, good service. Finally, the hotel sent me to the Airport free of charge. Highly recommended.

Liburan akhir tahun bersama keluarga, sangat worthed untuk harga yg murah. Lokasi strategis bisa jalan ke Balikpapan Plaza, dekat juga dengan warung padang...Top dah very recommended
