This is first time we stay here after see the review from many resources. And we found ‘wow’ moment during our stay, 2 wonderful nights. Start from we arrived, warm welcoming from staff, was very sincere and good to know what we need. Quick check in process, arrange our car & luggages, as well as take us to the amazing villa, very smoothly. Most important thing is they intentionally put until detail things that we requested, which was very clean bed/pillow and also entire room, so my boy was very comfortable without having dust allergic. They also showing many times about sincere attention: what else that we need, is it need to clean the room, even they quickly replace my boy’s meal when we asked them due to a bit hot taste instead of plain taste. They also really care of my boy, and boy very happy to stay here. Unfortunately, we don't have much time to join interesting activities in here, but someday we must try at least 1 activity. Breakfast was awesome, either in cafe or in villa. Service was very good! When we checked out, also with high standard service to ensure we had smoothly process & happy feeling when leaving the villa. Thank you very much for everything you have done, we are satisfy with villa and service as well! Very high recommended villa!

We really enjoyed our stay in Como Uma Ubud. The location is quite close to the citi center, but not located in the crowded area which gave us private and comfortable stay experience. Like the ideology, Uma means Home, we really feels like we're as comfortable as we're at home but with more facilities:) the breakfast was amazing both in terms of the taste and the restaurant ambience. We also have great ricefield walk experience with helpful guide from Como. There was a beautiful yoga paviliun with amazing Campuhan River sceneries, perfect for those lookinng for different yoga experience. The pool is also very nice, enjoyed our afternoon swim with nice ambience. The best part of course is the hotel amenities. We fell in love with their signature invigorate scent from our welcome Oshibori. Purchased some to take home since we love them very much. Thank you Como Uma Ubud for the very satisfying experience, hope to have another visit in the future.

The location is quite far from the main road and lots of steps before you arrive at the hotel. My suggestion is don’t bring big luggage there since the path is quite challenging and please arrive before dawn because no light available on the road and it’s quite dangerous. Overall we enjoyed staying there and to blend with nature is something that we are looking for

Suasana hotelnya sangat asri menyatu dengan alam, ada jacuzzi di area kamar dan depannya langsung menghadap dengan pepohonan jadi vibe pedesaannya sangat terasa. Pelayanannya juga sangat baik, dapat welcome drink mint lime juice dan buah-buahan segar juga. Pulangnya juga dapat gift kopi Ubud dan air mineral. Terbaik!

Hotelnya melebihi ekspektasi dan banyak spot foto keren. Setiap kamar punya dekorasi yang berbeda, unik dan antik. Ada 3 kolam renang dan banyak tempat bersantai, tempatnya adem dan tenang. Pelayanan luar biasa, semua staf ramah dan selalu menyapa. Breakfast enak, selalu disuguhi jamu bahkan di pendingin dalam kamar. Kebersihan oke, bisa 2x mereka merapihkan kamar. Hotel yang pengen di rekomendasikan ke keluarga dan teman-teman, pasti nginap kesini kalau ke Bali lagi.

Awesome room, awesome ambience, awesome staffs. The staffs were really helpful. Me and my cousins wanted to have a birthday surprise for my aunt. The staffs helped us to get the sliced cake, even though they had to get in from far. Really thankful, and definitely stay again here when we get the chance to go to Nusa Lembongam/Ceningan. Keep up the good work:)
