The cruise vessel will at all times be under the control of the crew

The operator reserves the right to refuse entry of a passenger of the vessel

The operator reserves the right to cancel the cruise if the conditions or weather are deemed unsafe

The operator does not accept any liability in contract or in tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly

Any amendments to bookings will incur a $10 administration fee
