Cancellation Policy

Once you have a confirmed booking you can reschedule your booking up to 7 days before your experience with a $50 rescheduling fee.

All rescheduling must be in writing by email to experience provider.

Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience

If you reschedule a booking, the $50 fee is payable on the day of your flight to your experience provider.

Any rescheduled flights must be completed within 3 months of the original confirmed date and we suggest that you rebook the new date in at the time of rescheduling.

Late arrivals may result in you forfeiting your booking

No shows forfeit their booking and are not entitled to a refund

Booking Information

Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking

Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience

Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction

Availability was accurate at the time of booking however, is subject to change due to circumstances out of our control

We strongly suggest reconfirming your booking with the tour operator within 24 hours of making your booking and prior to making other travel arrangements

Any flight changes are approved at the sole discretion of the experience provider

All flights can be postponed by the customer up to 72 hrs before the confirmed flight time, the change request must be in writing and a $50 administration fee will be payable on the day of the flight

A $50 rebooking fee will apply if needing to reschedule
