Day trip confirmation sent by 4 PM prior to departure.

Liveaboard confirmation sent about 1 week before departure.

Weather & Minimum Numbers

Trips only confirmed if weather is safe and minimum passenger numbers are met.

Medical & Diving Advice

Snorkelling/diving can be strenuous; certain conditions may restrict participation.

Avoid flying for 24 hours after diving.

Insurance Recommendation

Strongly advised to have travel insurance covering cancellations, belongings, and medical emergencies.

Seasickness

Non-drowsy seasickness medication recommended; consult GP or pharmacist.

COVID-19 Policy

No vaccination proof required.

Guests with COVID-like symptoms cannot participate and must isolate onboard.

Behaviour Policy

Zero tolerance for harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behaviour; offenders may be removed.

Customer Cancellations

Day trips: 0% >14 days, 20% 48h–14 days, 100% <48h.

Liveaboards/courses: 0% >30 days, 20% 8–30 days, 100% <8 days.

Rescheduling Fees

No fees with ample notice; specific charges apply for private pool sessions.

Refund Policy

Refund or reschedule if Adrenalin cancels before departure.

No refund for delays, early terminations, seasickness, or missed departures.

Company Rights

Adrenalin reserves the right to change itineraries or cancel trips at management’s discretion.
