Scope of service: France Charles de Gaulle Airport to and from downtown Paris

Please be sure to provide and confirm the latest departure and arrival time of your flight with the service provider half an hour before the flight departure time

Waiting time: The driver will wait for up to 40 minutes after the plane lands. If the passenger does not show up and the driver cannot be contacted after 40 minutes, the service will be canceled and no refunds will be provided in this case. There is a 15-minute wait time for services from hotels to airports

If the free waiting time is exceeded, passengers must pay the overtime fee in cash on-site. The overtime fee is calculated at €30/hour. Exceeded wait times that are less than 1 hour will still be calculated as 1 hour. Actual charges are subject to on-site conditions

In the event of strikes, road maintenance, traffic jams, or other force majeure factors, passengers may miss their flights or be unable to apply for tax refunds. In this case, no refunds or claims will be made, so please be aware before making a reservation
