Meeting Point: The lobby of your hotel (or other locations that the hotel allows)

Meeting Time: Please notify your preferred pick-up time and flight info in the "Note" section when booking; travelers are recommended to reserve 3.5 - 4 hrs to avoid delays resulting from traffic congestion

Grace Period: The driver will be waiting for 20 mins from the designated pick-up time

Overtime Surcharge: Exceeding the grace period of 20 mins will incur a surcharge of per hour, fees to be paid directly to the driver on-site

* Travelers may miss their flights in the event of strikes, road maintenance, traffic connection, or force majeure, under such circumstances refunds will not be granted, please consider before booking

Luggage capacity:

- Each traveler may carry 1 piece of checked luggage (the sum of luggage length, width, and height may not exceed 158 cm) and 1 carry-on item not occupying a seat (e.g. laptop bag, small bag)

- Baby strollers are considered as checked baggage, passengers who plan to bring a baby stroller must book 8-seater car

- If the luggage exceeds the capacity requirement mentioned above, the driver reserves the right to refuse service; travelers will be required to pay for the price of an additional vehicle to transport the exceeding luggage
