1. LUNCH buffet

Apart from the elaborate spread of European delicacies from seafood on ice to aromatic stews and refreshing salads, Tiffin continues to draw from its origins and feature an Indian station during the lunch buffet, serving classics from the subcontinent.

Lunch Buffet 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM

2. DINNER buffet

During dinner buffet, freshly shucked oysters and a whole live lobster with selected cooking style including bouillon-boiled, herb butter grilled or Thermidor will be served.

Dinner Buffet 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
