Admission arrangements

Applicants must present their Hong Kong identity card and electronic voucher when entering the camp.

It needs to be redeemed within the booking date, otherwise it will be invalid.

Children aged 12 or under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above. Children under 2 years old are also counted as one person.

Only 2 rooms can be booked per person.

For safety reasons, the village reserves the right to refuse admission to participants who are unwell, have a fever, cold, vomiting, or have symptoms of certain infectious diseases.

The swimming pool will be closed due to events on the day without prior notice.

If it rains on the day of the camp and you decide not to have a barbecue, please contact the office before 10 a.m. or 4 p.m. so that we can arrange for the canteen to fry the barbecue food.

Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance and are subject to campsite availability. (Campus spaces are limited, first-come-first-served basis)
