— Cancellation Policy —

Users will get a 50% refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before the pick-up or delivery date

Refunds will not be granted for cancellations made on the pick-up or delivery date or after delivery

Surcharges will apply for late returns, damages, or loss of the item

Customers choosing delivery service for pickup and return please ensure that there is person signing for the device in the address filled. Delivery and collection time is normally 9:00-18:00 and the time cannot be specified. A call will be given before arrival.

Customers who pick up or return the device from SF store will receive SMS from SF between 09:00 and 18:00 on the pickup day, and can pick up the device with the SMS. The device must be returned within SF store business hours on the return day. Customers should leave enough time to pick up or return the device, and the overdue will be considered as late return.

If pickup is unavailable due to a delayed pickup date at customer's discretion, no refund will be granted. If you wish to change the return method after delivery, please inform us before the return date, otherwise the regular daily rental and delivery fee will be charged (please refer to the website for details).

Surcharge for late returns will be calculated daily with an additional HK$20 extension fee on the marked price

Fair Usage Policy: Each telecom provider has their fair usage policy for fair data usage. Pocket Wifi cannot intervene if too much data is used in a short time or reaches a fair usage level that prevents other users from using the service properly. For a busy network, your data may be occasionally affected and will be normal later. Customers agree to the policy and use the Wifi service fairly. Pocket Wifi will not be responsible for any connection problems of customers exceeding the fair usage.
