The Taoyuan Restaurant (abalone specialty store) brand was established in September 2002. The "Taoyuan" series of restaurants focus on providing mid- to high-end Cantonese cuisine, attracting customers in the mid- to high-end market. The restaurant area is generally smaller than that of the "Fulin" series of restaurants, but the design and decoration style are luxurious, meeting the needs of high-end customers with taste, and providing a suitable dining place for business meals and gatherings of friends and family. Many of Tao Yuan Restaurant's signature dishes are made with premium ingredients such as abalone, sea cucumber, fresh seafood and bird's nest.
