By Air:
- Fly to Komodo Airport (LBJ)
Most visitors arrive by air, with daily flights available from major Indonesian cities such as Bali (Denpasar), Jakarta, and Surabaya. Airlines like Garuda Indonesia, Lion Air, Batik Air, and Wings Air operate these routes.

By Sea:
- From Bali: Take a ferry from Bali to Labuan Bajo, though it is a much longer journey compared to flying.
- From Lombok: Ferries also operate from Lombok to Labuan Bajo.
