Not valid on:

SRT, metro, temporary tourist trains

Refund Policy:

Returning Korail Pass is possible only before its validity starts. No refund will be given after the validity starts (on the selected date)

Returning pass entails a service fee as refund fee: for returning at the latest 15 days prior to the “first date of travel” will be charged 5% of the service fee; for returning between 14 days prior to “the first date of travel” to one day before “the first date of travel” will be charged 10% of the service fee

Saya menggunakan Korail ini perjalanan dari Seoul - Busan - Seoul. Dibantu dengan baik oleh pihak korail, pada saat keberangkatan ke Busan dapat tempat duduk namun pada saat menuju Seoul karena penuh semua jadwal tidak dpt tempat duduk lagi. Tapi tetap bisa menaiki kereta dan jangan lupa print tiket dari traveloka karena dibutuhkan.

Riding ktx is quite strange to me. I printed the ticket from my home country, but turned out, you just have to sit on your booked seat, you don’t have to show your ticket to anyone, I asked the koreans, and they told me, they just check the booked seat, if unreserved seat is sat by someone, they will ask and check that person. So as long as you are sitting on the right seat, you are fine. Be fast if you bring big suitcase, there is limited space for people to storage their suitcase.

Paling baik rencanakan seminggu sebelum keberangkatan dengan memilih destinasi yang diinginkan atau dapat dicek-in di counter KTX tunjukkan nomor reservasi dan tentukan destinasi dan jam keberangkatannya, ingat kereta berangkat ON TIME jadi rencanakan jam keberangkatan yang baik. Kereta nyaman dan jam keberangkatan on time dan mudah tinggal cek nomor kereta ada di jalur berapa, posisi kereta kita di layar KTX. Cek kita di kereta gerbong berapa dan kursi dimana. Selamat liburan.

My itinerary only busan - seoul - busan. If we buy ticket on spot only need cost 59,000 won meant only IDR 737,500. But I buy korail pass around 1.000.000 after discount. So more expensive, please check your itinerary again just in case not many city you visit. Better buy ticket on the spot

Ini pengalaman pertama ke Korea, travelling sendiri dan ambil penerbangan Jkt Busan, biar bisa jalan-jalan sepuasnya. Karena kepengen jemput Kyuhyun selesai wamil, jadilah aku ke Seoul naik KTX belinya dari sini. Saya pilihnya flexibel 2 hari dan kaya beli tiket pesawat biasa, saya cuma nunjukin paspor sama kode booking di tiket counter yg nantinya dituker. Kalau beli langsung kan harus bayar pakai won, lebih mahal lagi. Emang bagus beli di sini dan gak ribet.
