Ride the Okuoi Trolley Train, Japan's only Abt System Railway!

Embark from Sessokyō-Onsen Station and glimpse the Okuoi Rainbow Bridge from Okuōikojō Station, nestled by the lake, offering a secluded view.

Please note that all tour guidance from the tour conductor during the trip will be in Japanese only. However, to ensure the smooth operation of the tour and safety, you will be provided with as much information as possible using a translation app (meeting place, departure time, etc.)

About the Fireworks Festival:

It may take about 20 to 30 minutes on foot from the bus parking lot to the fireworks venue (viewing seats). It will be dark after the fireworks display, so it is recommended to bring a mini light (flashlight) with you

The venue is located 1.5 km from the parking lot, with mostly flat terrain, and can be reached on foot in approximately 20 minutes. Participation is restricted to individuals not capable of walking

Upon arrival at the venue, there may be a wait until the fireworks display begins

In principle, the fireworks display will be held rain or shine; however, there may be cases where inclement weather forces the display to be canceled or postponed

You are scheduled to arrive at the hotel around 11:00 pm–12:00 am, following the fireworks viewing

Chair seats/folding chairs are arranged at the rear of the lawn seating area. Seating arrangements are at the discretion of the company. The fireworks will be launched directly above, ensuring a similar experience regardless of seating location. Feel free to bring your own cushions if needed

What to bring:

Heat stroke prevention measures such as parasols, hats, towels, water bottles, etc. (there are no roofs or shades on site)

Flashlights (it is dark underfoot near parking areas and restrooms)

Rain gear/raincoats (please bring raincoats if possible, as umbrellas may inconvenience other visitors)

Pocket tissues (temporary restrooms at the venue often lack toilet paper)

Suitable clothing: Long-sleeved clothing (as temperatures can vary by 10°C or more between day and night) and comfortable walking shoes
