- ATV activity is subject to cancellation due to weather conditions or other factors beyond our control

- The maximum weight limit for ATV ride (single/double): is 120kg

- All participants must read and sign the Liability Waiver Form before the activity

- Helmet required at all times during activity

- Ride cautiously and no speeding allowed. You are liable for any damage caused by recklessness or rule violations

- Desa Dairy Farm excluded from the route during Weekends, Public Holidays, and Malaysia School Holidays

- Guest may request to upgrade to the Earthquake History Site route with no extra charge
