Semenggoh Nature Reserve in Kuching is the perfect destination for nature and animal lovers traveling to Malaysia and wanting to immerse themselves in Southeast Asia rainforest. Here, discover semi-wild orangutans rescued from captivity together with your family. These orange furry monkeys are cared for, and trained to survive freely in the surrounding forest reserve. They can enjoy their life normally in the wild and return to the are center during feeding time. If you're lucky, you might even spot an orangutan mother with her young baby.

08:00-11:00 Morning Option
08:00 Pick-up from hotel and a 40-minute journey to Semenggoh Nature Reserve.
08:40 Upon arrival, proceed to feeding area for ranger’s briefing
09:00 Feeding session (1 hour). Please note that the sighting of orangutans is not guaranteed as they are semi-wild.
10:00 After feeding session ended, return to the city.
10:45 Arrive at hotel (approximate time)
