Pickup from the airport is available 24 hours a day

Your driver will wait at the pickup point within 90 minutes of your flight arrival. Contact your driver if you are delayed

Exceeding the 90-minute grace period will incur a surcharge of €15–20 per hour. The surcharge is to be paid in cash on-site (actual charges may differ)

Drop-off at the airport is available 24 hours a day

Your meeting point is at your hotel lobby or other permitted locations

Provide your pickup time when booking. Allot at least 3.5–4 hours for traffic congestion

Your driver will wait at the hotel lobby for 20 minutes

Exceeding the 20-minute grace period will incur a surcharge of €15–20 per hour. The surcharge is to be paid on cash on-site (actual charges may differ)

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, road maintenance, strikes, or traffic congestion resulting in travelers missing their flight, the travelers will not be granted tax refund claims, refunds, or compensation

Note the capacity of each vehicle:
- Sedan: 3 passengers
- Minivan: 7 passengers
- Minibus: 20 passengers

Note the luggage allowance of each passenger:
- Each passenger may carry 1 piece of checked luggage (the sum of the length, width, and height must not exceed 158 cm) and 1 piece of carry-on baggage (must not occupy a seat)
- Strollers are considered a piece of luggage. If you plan to bring a stroller with you, kindly select the 7-seater car or above package
- Disregarding the luggage allowance guidelines may result in service decline. Guests will be required to pay the surcharge of an additional vehicle to transport extra luggage
