The whole experience will be conducted in English.
The entire experience will take about 60 minutes including a safety briefing, storyline briefing, gameplay and debriefing after the experience.
Do arrive 5 minutes early for verification, safety briefing  story briefing. We reserve the right to refuse entry and/or cancel your booking in case of any late arrival.
There will be school-sized lockers for you to keep your belongings, however, we advise you to travel light. The locker keys will be handed to you to hold till the end.



You shall not be involved in any of the following activities:


conduct which may cause any disturbances to other users of Hauntu Premises or otherwise cause any disturbances to Hauntu in providing services to its customers or potential customers such as Vandalism, taking down frames and causing damage to game props or hardcopy material;
conduct which may cause any harm or injury to anyone or otherwise put yourself or any person in danger such as violent acts, moving heavy furniture and reaching out ceiling; and
jumping, running and putting unnecessary stress (brute force) on any property or equipment located on Hauntu Premises.
