Started as a humble street stall in 1895, Du Hsiao Yueh has now expanded into multiple branches and has become one of the most popular restaurants in Taiwan. This restaurant is specially known for the Dan Zai noodles: a traditional Taiwanese dish made with a classic recipe that dates back over 100 years.
