The Korean sauna speed up the metabolism with far-infrared rays and negative ions. The sweat is refreshing and small which keeps the skin moist. The recommended time for the sauna is 40-50 minutes, which is the most effective time for the body. If you experience chest tightness, rapid heartbeat, dizziness, or headache during the sauna, please leave the sauna room immediately and rest in the resting area. Bathing or showering are not recommended within 4-6 hours after the sauna since they might influence the effect of the sauna.
