Almost forgotten and left behind by the passing of time, the lost art of Thai traditional puppet has been revived by Master Sakorn Yangkhieosod (named the National Artist of Thailand in Performing Arts in 1996) and developed further by blending a variety of Thai fine and applied arts. Through the elaborate dance of the puppeteers, these puppets will come to live and tell the stories from Thai classical literature.
