How to Get There:
- Follow the airport directions to the baggage claim area
- Exit the customs, cross the street, and take a shuttle bus to Alamo
- Check-in to the front desk and complete vehicle pick-up procedures

The order representative shall be the driver, who will be required to present the following documents upon vehicle pick-up: Taiwan driver's license possessed for 1 year and over, international driver's permit, credit card, passport, vehicle pick-up confirmation slip (make sure all the document holder's names are the same)

If the person who made the order is not the driver, the vehicle pick-up request will be declined without refunds, please consider before booking

A surcharge of USD $25 + tax per person per day applies to drivers aged 21 to 24 (underage primary driver)

If you make vehicle changes or upgrades on-site, additional fees (including taxes) will be charged on-site, and KKgift will not be responsible. Please consider this before booking

Your credit card data will be used as a deposit upon vehicle pick-up. Please note that the rental fees and applicable add-ons are required to be paid by credit card

Please make sure no personal items are left in the vehicle before returning the keys back to the rental store. In case of lost personal items, we will do our utmost to search for your items, but you will be responsible for potential losses and damages

— Fuel Price Info —

Plan A: Return the vehicle with an empty gas tank
- Purchase the fuel for the first gas tank. Customers may use all the fuel before returning the vehicle. The unused portion will not be refunded

Plan B: Return the vehicle with a full gas tank
- Customers must return the vehicle with a full gas tank, or pay the fees for the used portion. The supplier's fuel price per gallon or liter will be higher than the fuel price for filling up the vehicle on your own
