How can I add 100% Refund Guarantee to my flight booking?
Search and select your flight
Go to the Flight menu on Traveloka. Fill in your flight details, then search and select the flight that best suits your needs.
Add 100% Refund Guarantee
Find 100% Refund Guarantee in the add on card options. Tick the box and you will see it added to your booking
Get your guaranteed e-ticket
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive your guaranteed e-ticket. If you need to cancel your flight, here’s how you can claim your 100% Refund Guarantee.
What can I get with 100% Refund Guarantee?

- 100% Refund Guarantee is powered by Qoala Insurtech
- Applicable for flight tickets only, not including add-ons (e.g. baggage, in-flight meals, baggage wrap).
- 100% Refund Guarantee is only applicable for refund requests submitted up to 24 hours before the flight’s departure.
- For refund requests submitted less than 24 hours before departure, regular refund policy from the airline will apply.
- If you reschedule your flight, 100% Refund Guarantee will not be transferred to the new flight.
- Refunds may be returned in cash, travel credits, Traveloka vouchers, or Traveloka Points, or in any combination of these. This will be determined in accordance with the airline’s latest refund policy.
- Insurance premium is non-refundable if the flight is cancelled by the airlines.
- The availability of 100% Refund Guarantee is dependent on Indonesia’s Ministry of Transportation Regulation No. 185 Year 2015 (Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Republik Indonesia Nomor PM 185 Tahun 2015).
- Applicable only for transactions in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
- Applicable for all refund reasons.
- Applicable for partial refund (e.g. refund for only one route of a round-trip flight), subject to the airline’s approval and if all tickets have not been used.
- Not applicable if the passenger has checked in.
- Not applicable if one or more of the tickets has been used.
- Not applicable if the passenger has already requested a refund directly from the airline.
- Not applicable if changes have been made by the passenger, via the airline. Changes include but are not limited to changes in the passenger’s details (e.g. name, title) and flight routes.
- Not applicable to Points and coupons. Any Points or coupons redeemed for the purchase will not be refunded.
- Any PayLater installment fees for the purchase will not be refunded. If installment(s) has been paid, the refund amount will be deducted by the installment fee(s). If installment(s) has not been paid, payment for the installment fee(s) must still be completed.
- Payments made with PayLater will be refunded to the account holder’s PayLater limit. Meanwhile, PayLater installment(s) already paid to Traveloka will be refunded via bank transfer.
- Applicable for all payment methods.
- Traveloka reserves the right to cancel any refund request or process deemed to be misused.
- Misuse of 100% Refund Guarantee is defined as any event in which Traveloka believes the use or the process was fraudulent or done for commercial gain.
