The best thing was that the hotel manager and staff were really nice and extremely helpful and made us feel welcome. The rooms looked ok on arrival and had nice bathrooms. The breakfast was suffice and included. Areas for improvement: the rooms were clean but I could smell smoke were previous occupants had smoked in the room. You can also smell smoke outside the room? This may be the heavy smoking area outside the front of the hotel. The hotel is 25 mins walk from the centre and very very busy with traffic and cars around front and back of hotel so noisy.

El hotel está. Irn situado y el personal es amable. Tienen recepción 24/7. Lo peor, el desayuno, muy pobre y poca variedad. Elnprimer día no habían repuesto lo que se iba acabando, hoy, ni siquiera había embutidos, los yogures calientes fuera de nevera. Mucho marfen de mejora

Hotel quarto, funcionários, café da manhã tudo perfeito fica há 1,5 km da praça central bem pertinho !! Melhor solicitar vaga de estacionamento para o hotel antes de chegar !! Amamos tudo

Un séjour absolument exceptionnel à l’Hôtel Eler en Albanie ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une gentillesse et une chaleur humaine incroyables. L’hôtel est magnifiquement décoré, moderne, propre et très confortable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, lumineuses, parfaitement entretenues, avec une literie de qualité qui garantit un vrai repos. Le personnel est remarquable, toujours souriant, disponible et prêt à aider à toute heure. On sent qu’ils mettent tout leur cœur pour que chaque client se sente spécial. Le petit-déjeuner est un vrai moment de bonheur : varié, frais, copieux et savoureux, avec des produits locaux d’une grande qualité. La localisation est parfaite : proche des points d’intérêt tout en offrant calme et tranquillité. On peut tout faire facilement à pied et c’est un point de départ idéal pour découvrir la ville et les beautés de l’Albanie. Ce qui marque surtout, c’est l’atmosphère unique et chaleureuse qui se dégage de cet endroit : on se sent comme chez soi, mais en mieux. Chaque détail est soigné avec goût, et on sent une véritable passion derrière chaque service. Je recommande les yeux fermés cet hôtel qui, pour moi, mérite largement ses 4 étoiles ! Merci à toute l’équipe pour ce moment inoubliable. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir et je le conseille à tous ceux qui veulent vivre une expérience exceptionnelle en Albanie.

Perfect location best staff ever

very practical location. Parking just outside the hotel. Good for a weekend visit. Breakfast simple. Staff reserved to begin but warmed up when spoken to kindly. Rooms small, bed comfortable.

HORRIBLE SERVICE – SCAM. STAY AWAY. After a 5-hour drive, we checked into what was supposed to be a “Luxury Double Room” — instead, we got a nightmare. The receptionist was cold, but things got worse when we woke up drenched in sweat: the AC was broken. We called the receptionist, who came up and confirmed it was broken. When we asked for another room, he said the hotel was full and told us to “just open the windows” — which faced a noisy street with traffic all night. Even he was sweating, yet expected us to sleep like that. We asked for a refund so we could leave, but he claimed the manager was unreachable and refused to help. We called hotel.com, and only then did he pretend to agree — but when they called him, he took the call in private, lied to them, and then told us “nothing happened.” When we asked hotel.com, they confirmed he had refused the refund. He ignored us completely, walking around chatting with other guests while we stood outside with our luggage. No apology, no solution, just rudeness and dishonesty. He even tried to justify it by saying someone once paid €70 for just three hours — as if that helped us at all. The AC issue wasn’t his fault, but the lies, the refusal to help, and the total lack of decency were. This hotel is a scam run by dishonest, unprofessional staff. Do yourself a favor — stay far away.

Fantastic stay - highly recommend as a base for exploring Tirana. It was great the hotel had car parking and the reception staff even helped park it for me as the space was pretty tight. Also room was lovely. Other staff were also fantastic including helping print my boarding pass.

I booked a stay at Eler Hotel for my parents and they really enjoyed their time there. The place was very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It gave me peace of mind knowing they were comfortable and well looked after. Would definitely recommend.
