Good location and breakfast. Hotel staffs are all kind. The hotel is apartment hotel, not apartment. You can't cook inside the room

Stanza grande e buona posizione le uniche cose positive. Impossibile fare una doccia, mancava acqua calda,non c'era neanche la saponetta. La TV non funziona e se accendi l'aeratore del bagno sembra che il palazzo decolla. Per fortuna sono rimasto solo una notte.

Unfortunately, the property didn't meet expectations and wasn't as described on the website. The issues I experienced include: - Shabby and dirty room with a VERY strong chemical smell - Non-functional stove and barely working air conditioner - Broken window hinges making it hard to open the window - Shabby Bathroom lacking essentials like hairdryer, foot towel, shower gel, and shampoo - Unpleasant odors in the hallway and room, definitely from cigarette and marijuana smoke These issues made my stay extremely uncomfortable, and I'm disappointed with the misleading listing. Off course I left earlier and paid for another hotel, and this property never return my money, called to hotels.com multiple times and requested another hotel or refund, but no luck. Staff do NOT speak English. All pictures I emailed previously to hotels.com and uploaded here as well.

Poca limpieza,aire no enfria,no hay personal que te atienda,la verdad que no lo recomiendo para nada ,con decir que me fui al otro dia y no complete mi reserva.

Yo alquilé un departamento en un hotel 4 estrellas, pero lo que tuve foi quizás 1, no tenía estacionamento, no tenía restaurante/bar, no tenía nada , la conservación estaba muy mala . Yo no tuve ningún soporte de Hotels.com cuando llegué y hice eses reclamos . Nunca más uso el app Hotels.com

Habitación muy completa, el espacio era tan cómodo que no sabía si dormir en el sillón o en la cama, me gustó mucho.

No existio servicio de impieza en los tres dias de alojamiento. Nos alojamos 2 adultos y debimos reclamar un segundo juego de toallon y hasta que repusieran papel higienico. Sin desayuno Generalmente en admisiion NO habia personal.

Mi experiencia fue mala ya que no cumplieron con todo lo que se me ofreció. Llame para coordinar y asegurar todo lo pactado en la reserva y me encontré con todo lo contrario. Realice el reclamo a la chica de la administración y me dijo que dejaría el reclamo y que se comunicarían conmigo para resarcir el error. Espero lo agan

Tuve muchos problemas con el alojamiento y no me solucionaron ninguno. El día anterior llamé para preguntar si tenían cochera y me dijeron que sí, cuando llegue al alojamiento no tenían habilitada la cochera, la habitación que me dieron no tenía cocina, cuado fueron condiciones por las que elegí el lugar, la ventana estaba rota y entraba frío. Pedí el cambio de habitación y me dijeron que lo podían hacer al día siguiente y cuando me mostraron la habitación estaba en corto circuito. Le falta mucho mantenimiento al lugar, las empleadas no me dieron solución, consultaban con los dueños y no resolvían nada. La verdad que muy caro para lo que es el lugar. No lo recomiendo

Tele no funciona , no ponen jabón, chinches , humedad .pagado 7 días, salí al día siguiente.

Do not believe the photos attached to this listing!! They must be from when the hotel was new, because my room (& the hotel in general) definitely did not look like the pictures that I looked at before booking. If they were accurate, I probably wouldn't have booked here. This is definitely not what I would class as a 4* hotel (as they claim on their website). While there is a kitchenette, there's a sign above it saying it's only to be used to reheat food, not cook. The refrigerator didn't work well at all. The hot water in the shower was barely what I would call warm. None of the reception staff I dealt with over numerous days spoke English (which I wouldn't care about normally, but it's one of the claims made on the listing page). The only good thing I can come up with is it was relatively inexpensive, the bed was comfortable and it was within walking distance of a number of areas/attractions. If all you need is a bed for the night, this is your place, but if you're looking for something a little more, look elsewhere.

Hotel mediano. Velho. No site falava que tinha academia, mas chegando no lugar não há disponibilidade desse serviço. Tem um bar que fica ao lado do hotel que é muito barulhento.

I really I can tell nothing because I never make the trip I never been there I wish I can tell you for good or bad but I never got the chance of travel
