Lovely property. Breakfast provided - coffee, fruit, yogurt, baked goods. Good location allowed for easy walking access to sightseeing spots and dining. Very comfortable bed. Staff great. Outside sitting area off the lobby was lovely. Room a bit small but to be expected in big city.

A Hidden Gem in Potts Point Arriving from North America, we landed bright and early—7 AM to be exact. Knowing this in advance, we wisely booked an extra night to ensure a smooth arrival. After an 18-hour journey, the ability to freshen up with a quick shower and change before diving into the day is priceless. Trust me, it’s worth every penny. Now, onto the real highlight: Spicers Potts Point. Tucked away on a quiet, tree-lined street, this boutique hotel offers the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility. You’re steps away from charming coffee shops, and within easy reach of downtown, the gallery, and the iconic Opera House—whether by train or a leisurely stroll. The ambiance is serene, the beds are luxuriously comfy, and the staff? Exceptionally attentive and always eager to help. If you’re the type who loves unique stays with a dash of character and a prime location for city exploration, this spot is a winner.

My wife and I are very seasoned travellers and LOVED our stay at 202 Elizabeth. The room was ready early, it was clean and modern, but the biggest thing that stood out was the staff. They were so incredibly helpful and friendly! They gave us great restaurant suggestions and tips for visiting important locations, such as best things to see and transit directions. And wow did they make a great cappuccino for breakfast! The locations was fantastic too, very easy to see everything within Sydney and lots of great bars nearby Five stars all around!

I've stayed here a few times and it's always fantastic. Clean with very comfortable beds in nicely decorated and functional rooms. The staff are professional but warm and attentive and the included breakfast is top notch. I will be back.

The perfect boutique hotel i Sidney close to Central. Short walk to Chinatown and trams nearby. Full star hospitality service. We’ve got an upgrade to the elegant room 401 with balcony as we returned to the hotel for the third time during our one month-long-all-over-Australia journey. The service provided made us extend our stay in Sydney. In short, we loved 202 Elizabeth!

Great small boutique hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Ideally placed for Surry Hills and Haymarket and closely accessible to the rest of the city.

This property DOES have an elevator. Absolutely loved my stay here. The staff is top notch! The guest-rooms are cozy but well equipped. Very convenient property if you plan to take the train. Walkable to the park, Opera House, bridge and Chinatown (check out spice alley). Great breakfast too. Can’t recommend this hotel enough! Wish I could have stayed longer.

It was quiet, good location and staff were friendly. Nothing to fault
