First time staying at Abode, room was great, everything seems new. Comfy bed with mini kitchen. Great staff with smiles, shops near by. will definitely visit again.

Great hotel - good family room at a great price. It's a huge hotel - a long walk between room ane elevator, make sure you don't forget anything on your way out ha ha! We'd like to go back when the restaurant is open - that would have made it even better. The car park is soooo confusing with so many different lifts, but you will eventually get the hang of it. Easy walk to Belconnen mall and easy walk to the beautiful lake Ginninderra walking path.

The airconditioning in the room was not working properly, meaning that despite all curtains being closed and the aircon turned on, the room was still sweltering hot even at 8pm at night. We had booked for 2 nights but given the unbearable heat in the room, we did not stay the second night and instead opted to make the drive back to sydney late at night. When checking out, the reception was VERY understaffed (despite the hotel being near capacity due to summernats) and my husband was waiting over 20minutes to return the room cards as, despite the reception staff seeing a large group push in front of my husband, said they would "just check their IDs first" and were very dismissive when my husband told them that his wife and toddler waiting in the car to leave.

The bed is too soft and worn out. Very uncomfortable especially when joint with 2 single beds to make a queen. Pillows were high, stiff and very odd shape. They only able to offer 2 regular size pillows when requested for a group of 5. Overal the room and space were good, but definitely can improve on sleeping arrangement.

Great hotel in an excellent location. Westfields was near by! The room was clean, comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect spot for getting around the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Checked in with luggage and provided number plate for car in carpark, then had to go all the way back to the car to put a slip of paper on the dashboard with number plate details on it. This doesn't make sense if reception has number plate details listed.

Everything was great besides the putrid lounge, absolutely disgusting how dirty it was, we refused to even touch it

The disconnect between parking and hotel access is a nuisance. You have to use 2 separate lifts and if you have suitcases to drag around, it's inconvenient. Upon check-in i was informed that each morning when i left for the day, i was to let front staff know, presumably for housekeeping. I did this but on my last day my bed was unmade and the kitchen area was not cleaned - so what was the point of that exercise?

Great location, close to Canberra Labor Club, Woolworths Metro, BWS & restaurant's. Underground parking available for a very reasonable price, very nice hotel with a great restaurant & friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

Room was clean & comfortable. Disappointed that no one told me we would not have our rooms made up or clean towels, after 3rd night I asked for clean towels, bathroom had no windows to help dry them, we stayed 4 nights, rubbish had not been taken & after 4 days it builds up. When you pay good money for a break away you would expect a few luxuries.

部屋や設備はどれも清潔で、スタッフは親切に対応してくれた。 周辺の食料品店は早く閉まってしまう場合があるが、1階にレストラン&バーがあるため困ることはなかった。 1階レストランではモーニングにトーストを、ディナーで牛の頬肉をいただいた。どれもとても美味しかった。

Second time we have stayed here. Very nice rooms, nice and clean. Cannot fault!
