AC Hotel Melbourne Southbank

새 호텔이라서 기대하고 갔는데 전체적으로 불만족했다. 첫번째 룸이 1층이어서 차 소리 주변소음이 신경쓰였다. 두번째 첫날 난방시스템이 문제가 있어 문의를했는데 자연친화컨셉이라 자동시스템이라고 했는데 둘째날은 작동이 잘되었음; 첫날이상이 있었던 것이었던것! 라디에이터를 줬지만 추웠음 세번째 침구가 거칠고 보온이 전혀 되지않았음 네번째 타올에 먼지가 많아서 샤워 후 닦으면 잔여물이 피부에 붙었음 다섯번째 환기가 잘되지않은탓인지 청소가 불량인지 먼지가 많았음 여섯번째 체크아웃하는날 큰택시를 불러달라고 요청하였는데 일반승용택시를 부르는바람에 계획에 차질이생김 (우리가 맡겼던 짐과 어른2, 아이2에 유모차까지 절때 승용차에 들어갈 수 있는 짐사이즈가 아니였음) 일곱번째 트램을 타고 이동하기에 그리 적합한 위치가 아니었음 여덜번째 전체적인 인테리어가 비즈니스호텔 수준인데 가격은 그렇지못했음

Clean Room, comfy Bed, staff friendly and Breakfast was amazing :)

Stayed on the 19th floor and almost 360 veiws of Melbourne at night was just stunning, the bath was the perfect way to unwind and relax , soaking up the atmosphere of the best this city has to offer !! Will definitely be back and highly recommend spoiling yourself at the awesome hotel

It was a beautiful property. Very close to shops and attractions. Room was large, clean and had everything we needed. Would stay again next time I'm in Melbourne.

Great hotel, great location, staff so friendly - will stay again

Hotel is not set up to be a 4 or 5 star hotel. I am surprised it has the Marriott tag! Staff however were very professional and helpful. Entrance at ground level, small dark and no service desk. Reception is at 7 floor. No proper closet in the room. Not enough furniture to put your stuff on. Our room required 2 more bedside cabinets and a central console. Hard wooden floors in the room which is not friendly for a hotel room. Breakfast was good and value for money. Although the hotel located presumably in th city, it is not close to anything. Cleanliness: found few hairs in the bathroom which is always not a good look. Toilet lid makes significant noise on opening and closing.

Other than the inside of the drain in the shower being caked in dirt and hair, the rest of the room was immaculate and very comfortable. The amenities were excellent. We had a lovely stay

Nice hotel but, parking is a problem that needs to be properly fixed for guests and water in the room should be provided free not purchased down at the bar

Wonderful customer service. There weren’t any tissues in the box. We were confused with the shower because it has two shower heads; we tried to work out how to use the rain head 😂. We love the view. The trams were only a 5-minute walk.The breakfast buffet was also good, with a nice view. The sun was in our face, but the wonderful staff blocked the sun with the curtain. We were extremely lucky because we arrived at 5:30pm and parked our car out front of the motel. Meter parking ends at 6pm on Friday. We left our car parked all day on Saturday because they don’t meter parking on the weekend. The pool was heated, with a beautiful view.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed from start to finish. Thanks to Matt and Kishor for their 10/10 customer service they were so helpful and kind! Breakfast, Parking, location and access to public transport was second to none. Great ammenities the room was immaculate. But most of all the staff were so kind and genuine.

Buffet breakfast was amazing, catered for dietry preferences, very clean room, gym and pool. Much needed relaxing weekend!

I stayed at the AC Hotel Melbourne for 4 nights, and it was an amazing experience. The staff were calm, friendly, and very welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was also really good. The location is very convenient, close to DFO, train stations, and only about 8 minutes from the beach, and close to the Museum and Exhibition. There are also plenty of stores nearby, which made everything easy for us. I’m really happy I chose AC Hotel for our stay. We truly enjoyed our vacation in Melbourne and would definitely recommend it!

The floor was dirty, there was excessive dash, and the dash was visible in the air. I was afraid that things would get worse, so I didn't want to turn on the air conditioner. Although most of the staff was friendly, some weren't. It was a passable breakfast.

Bar looked cool didn’t get to try, there was a feet smell when I walked in the room and when I turned the ac on it smelt like wet fruit, shower wasn’t that clean so I wore thongs. Towels were thin. Seems the place has aged more as you can see the wear and tear inside the rooms.

Such a cosy comfortable suite to stay in, almost felt like I was at home. Defs recommend and love to stay again soon. My one downfall I had was no water in the fridge, when you pay for a suite it’s what you would atleast expect to have in a fridge or mini bar.

Our room was gratefully upgraded so we had a view of the water and city. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. Water is provided free of charge but on tap from the bar on level 7 so you need an empty water bottle. We love staying here because of the location and the buffet breakfast has all our favourites - hot staples, bakery, fruit fruit & yoghurt. Staff are always friendly and will to assist. Only downside is parking. It is off location, 5 mins away uncovered and $30 a night (through the hotel, otherwise it is $44). Always a wonderful stay here.
