새 호텔이라서 기대하고 갔는데 전체적으로 불만족했다. 첫번째 룸이 1층이어서 차 소리 주변소음이 신경쓰였다. 두번째 첫날 난방시스템이 문제가 있어 문의를했는데 자연친화컨셉이라 자동시스템이라고 했는데 둘째날은 작동이 잘되었음; 첫날이상이 있었던 것이었던것! 라디에이터를 줬지만 추웠음 세번째 침구가 거칠고 보온이 전혀 되지않았음 네번째 타올에 먼지가 많아서 샤워 후 닦으면 잔여물이 피부에 붙었음 다섯번째 환기가 잘되지않은탓인지 청소가 불량인지 먼지가 많았음 여섯번째 체크아웃하는날 큰택시를 불러달라고 요청하였는데 일반승용택시를 부르는바람에 계획에 차질이생김 (우리가 맡겼던 짐과 어른2, 아이2에 유모차까지 절때 승용차에 들어갈 수 있는 짐사이즈가 아니였음) 일곱번째 트램을 타고 이동하기에 그리 적합한 위치가 아니었음 여덜번째 전체적인 인테리어가 비즈니스호텔 수준인데 가격은 그렇지못했음

Reception (especially Kitty), breakfast services are all excellent. I believe I got an upgrade since I had a large window facing bed, so very much appreciated. Would be nice to have slippers in the room rather than asking to the reception (though they were just happy to provide us). Only downside is cleaning. Very rough and not professional. I can tell no vacum is done, and dirty cups are left and no coffee/tea. Considering very professional yet friendly service offered elsewhere, I was suprised about your cleaning quality. Maybe I had a bad luck? I'm very happy with everything else. Just a small note. the tram station nearby isn't FREE. You need to walk to Casino station if you want to take advantage of free rides. It's a bit long. About 10 mins walk.

The room is clean and great for business travel.

We were in for 1 night only as we had various appointments to attend. We didn't have any opportunity to use the facilities. But everything was clean and presentable.

Great house keeping staff so helpful. First room on 13th floor had a fridge leaking ammonia and the shower was absolutely fifthly from mould to fecal matter. Second room was bit cleaner although the heating isn't working and im freezing my butter off which makes for uncomfortable stay considering I paid for the place. I'd like to be comfortable in the space I paid to stay in.

The photos are deceiving. Our room looked out to a multi track train layby from the first floor. Access is not great. Look closely at Google maps for services. We will look elsewhere next visit.

Wonderful views, a quiet and relaxing stay. Well appointed hotel, friendly staff and convenient location

Check in was friendly however I was given a 12 o’clock checkout and reception staff proceeded to ring me just past 11 asking me what time I was checking out and that I’d be charged $30 if I left after 12, as my booking hadn’t been updated. Shower head broken in room and breakfast was cold …… definitely a different experience than what I’ve experienced previously. Also parking is now at DFO Southwarf which makes it a long walk especially in winter

Staff, from check-in to F&B and maintenance, were excellent. Location was perfect for us and not too far to walk to the city, with plenty of places to eat, shop and wander around. Will stay here again

Stayed on the 19th floor and almost 360 veiws of Melbourne at night was just stunning, the bath was the perfect way to unwind and relax , soaking up the atmosphere of the best this city has to offer !! Will definitely be back and highly recommend spoiling yourself at the awesome hotel

It was a beautiful property. Very close to shops and attractions. Room was large, clean and had everything we needed. Would stay again next time I'm in Melbourne.

Great hotel, great location, staff so friendly - will stay again

Hotel is not set up to be a 4 or 5 star hotel. I am surprised it has the Marriott tag! Staff however were very professional and helpful. Entrance at ground level, small dark and no service desk. Reception is at 7 floor. No proper closet in the room. Not enough furniture to put your stuff on. Our room required 2 more bedside cabinets and a central console. Hard wooden floors in the room which is not friendly for a hotel room. Breakfast was good and value for money. Although the hotel located presumably in th city, it is not close to anything. Cleanliness: found few hairs in the bathroom which is always not a good look. Toilet lid makes significant noise on opening and closing.

Other than the inside of the drain in the shower being caked in dirt and hair, the rest of the room was immaculate and very comfortable. The amenities were excellent. We had a lovely stay

Nice hotel but, parking is a problem that needs to be properly fixed for guests and water in the room should be provided free not purchased down at the bar
