Historic hotel, reminiscent of Fawlty Towers, complete with winding corridors and creaking floorboards. Has retained a lot of its historic character. Our spa room was comfortable with a veranda facing the ocean. Very good, quirky bistro.

Overpriced for what was offered although may be attributable to Masters SA games being in town but at over $170/night there was little value. Rooms were old and not well maintained. Zero cupboards and storage space which was annoying. Our Spa Room upstairs had walls that were very thin and noise levels excessive from other guests. Hotel is seemingly being allowed to run down as a new development of the hotel is proposed. Only positive was its proximity to town centre but overall would not recommend this accommodation

Reasonable basic place to spent the night. Downsides were only 1 chair, no table. Other places in Victor a bit more modern but more expensive of course. In a good spot so everything is walkable.

ground floor could not see the ocean very well. would have like to been on the second floor

The ocean was visible from my room and the view was excellent.

Great view and close to lots of different entertainment. Great style. Very friendly staff. Great spa. Loved the little welcome and complementary items

Well priced room with a view!!

The room was clean and had a nice bed but some things like the bathroom door was broken and should be repaired asap. Nice spot in victor though 👍

Hotel sehr abgenutzt

Our room was perfect with a small verandah overlooking the water. The hotel is old but very clean with plenty of off street parking. Easy walk to Victor harbour shops. Hotel has a bar, coffee shop and serves light meals . We could not have asked for more.

Good location

Very clean and classy . Beatiful made rooms with lots of fresh towels. I got my own private bathroom and ocean view for a very good price . Doors out to verandah from room over looking ocean . Great place

Beautiful view of the sea on the balcony, great for wine and nibbles. Eclectic vintage feel. Very close to town centre. Will definitely stay again. Good value

Das Hotel mit seiner historischen Fassade macht schon von Außen einen sehr interessanten Eindruck. Auch unser Zimmer war im antiken Stil möbliert. Das hat uns gefallen. Trotzdem mussten wir auf moderne Annehmlichkeiten nicht verzichten, denn wir hatten das „Spa-Zimmer“ mit Whirlpool. Wir wurden ausgesprochen herzlichen von der Dame an der Rezeption empfangen und fanden im Zimmer eine Flaschen Rotwein und Gebäck als Gruß des Hauses vor. Das war eine sehr schöne Geste. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Uferpromenade, so dass wohl fast alle Zimmer mit Meerblick sein dürften. Leider entsprach das hinzugebuchte Frühstück überhaupt nich unseren Erwartungen: Der Kaffee war zu dünn und das Rührei war kaum genießbar. Die Auswahl war sehr gering. Das Hotel würden wir aber trotz dieses Mangels empfehlen.

Staff were so lovely. Price was great too. We were a last minute booking and they changed our room to give us a nicer view which was lovely. Really enjoyed a glass of wine and watching the water at sunset and then seeing such a beautiful sunrise. Great location for a walk around Granite Island.
