Easy check-in, good value stay with parking and restaurant.

Drains need cleaning and room smelled of smoke. The bistro was excellent

The room was spotless, fresh clean sheets on beds, decent size clean bathroom with fresh towels & all the staff l had contact with were more than courteous they were alsovery helpful friendly.

Room very dusty, my 10yo son ended up in the ER for an acute onset of asthma. Also quite noisy at nigth with people talking (and cursing) loudly on the picnic table next to the room. Location good. Convenient to have the restaurant next door.

Two other rooms occupied with loud argumentive drunks that continued with swearing and yelling till early hours of morning. Felt very unsafe so left at 4.30 am.It is a hotel but I thought there might have been some security.Have stayed before and never had problems but this time I was scared.

The POSITIVE points: Reasonable price for a basic room. OK linens, aircon and kettle and few packets of coffee, tea and milk. Restaurant and bottle shop next door. The staff at the bottle shop / check in is friendly. Good location, quiet, easy to find and has a very large carpark. A short drive to the beaches and shopping centre. The NEGATIVE points: The room is a bit small, but has an outdoor sitting area at the back of the room. The toilet, shower and vanity are outdated, mouldy, paint peeling and flaky, odours linger, the dark carpet feels dirty, and doors are tight and needs to be pushed hard. The booking site indicates daily housekeeping but there was none despite our request for housekeeping on day 2. So I had to ask for replacement towels when we got back. Towels have a smell of kitchen and body odour. Maybe for this price, I'd be unreasonable to expect a pristine place but they should be honest in their ad that daily housekeeping isn't included and they should wash, dry and deodoriser their towels better.

Surprised it doesn’t not have shampoo and hair dryer ，no lock at door which makes it feel not safe, very hard to find the check in place

Quick and easy check-in, good value stay in motel type accommodation with air-conditioning, shower and toilet.

Mostly great. Only five rooms. Great price. Easy parking. Totally quiet. I bought dinner in the hotel. No toaster or microwave. A jug was available. The shower was hitsbathroom floor and shower cubicle needed a good scrub. There was black mould on the bottom of the white shower curtain and on tile grout.

Very clean room with private bathroom outdoor area and very good food would stay here again
