Mostly great. Only five rooms. Great price. Easy parking. Totally quiet. I bought dinner in the hotel. No toaster or microwave. A jug was available. The shower was hitsbathroom floor and shower cubicle needed a good scrub. There was black mould on the bottom of the white shower curtain and on tile grout.

Clean and easy instructions and lovely staff.

It was very easy to book accommodation, find it and park. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was fine. To my surprise the room was quiet. Free parking close to the room. Departure was very simple - just leave the key inside and close the door.

Clean & tidy at a good price. Car park noise a bit loud.

Quick and easy Check-in, good value stay in motel type accommodation with private facilities, large TV, fridge and kettle. Clean and close to the restaurant for dinner.

The “pub” was excellent and staff lvly ..gd food and outdoor area btiful ….lvly atmosohere …room was basic but clean ..gd value fur the money I paid …

The price for each night was so good, as it has good location, a very good club belong to the hotel, a TV, a fridge and a bathroom inside. The downside is the cleanliness and comfort. I wouldn't give it more than 4 over 10. The management could have invested a little extra to make it at least presentable, and then they can charge higher rate. If you are only after a budget stay with good location, go for it.

Pro: acceptable cleanliness for the price. Con: they forgot to make our room.

There were 3 coffee cups upon arrival, but 2 were dirty (not washed properly) and no teaspoons
