BreakFree Imperial Surf Surfers Paradise

방문했을때가 8월, 겨울, 비수기라 그런지 한산했습니다. 정말 유의하셔야 할게 체크인 시간이 진짜 짧습니다. 오후 5시인가 6시쯤 도착했는데 다 퇴근하고 아무도 없더군요. 안되는 영어로 인터폰으로 통화해서 어찌어찌하여 키를 보관해둔 곳을 알아내고 겨우 들어갔습니다. 시설은 우리나라 콘도 생각하시면 되구요. 구조는 아주 넓습니다만.... 8월의 밤은 좀 춥더군요. 정말 조그만 히터 하나를 구석에서 발견하고 온 식구가 한방에 모여 잤습니다. 시설은 분명히 낡았지만 부엌도 넓고 거실도 넓고 발코니도 있고 비치랑 가깝고 전반적으로 좋았습니다. 3박을 했는데 호테처럼 타월을 갈아주거나 청소를 해주진 않습니다. 제가 이 숙소를 이용한것은 작년 2014년이었습니다. 올해 여름 미국 여행을 하고 왔는데 미국은 아파트먼트식 숙소가 잘 없어서 이 숙소가 그립더군요.

The front counter staff are absolutely lovely and so helpful. However, I paid for a deluxe ocean view room and it was terrible, I have previously paid for an ocean view room at the same hotel and had a much better apartment.

Bang opposite the beach, wonderful uninterrupted ocean views, value for money. However, should review their after hours checin in process. 5pm is rather early to close off reception.

Great location- just across the road from main beach and short walk to eateries/Cavill Mall. Good size rooms and views just incredible. All the facilities you need - loved the spa pool.

have stayed here before and although the property is ageing our apartment was just what we needed. A large lounge, kitchen and bedroom with a balcony with ocean views. The staff were great and the location excellent.

We booked for 6 nights but left after one night & found somewhere else. It was dirty, smelly, dusty. The TV, airconditioner, didn’t work. No batteries! We bought some & they still didn’t work.Was told we would have to wait till they got the maintainable worker to check it out….. The hot water in the shower was minimal. The lobby on level 12 stunk like 40 years of never being cleaned. Wouldn’t walk in bare feet anywhere. The bed was small & old. Scary all round. Veranda had black dust on it. Windows didn’t fit properly anymore so old. So loud. Looks like they are running it into the ground before they knock it down. I’d expect more from Accor. It’s not exactly cheap. We were offered another room we went to see it. It was just as bad. No thanks! I couldn’t wait to get out of there & have a shower somewhere clean. I didn’t go anywhere near the kitchen to scared. Little roaches running around…vomit! And we had the refurbished room! If you value cleanliness I wouldn’t stay here. Just so disappointing we had to go find another place & waste our time doing that. They still charged us for one night. But the only good thing is we did eventually get a refund for the 5 nights. Never again!

The location of the hotel is very good, but because the hotel rooms are old, the smell of old carpets and old furniture will become very unpleasant, and the room cleaning is not very clean. When I checked in, I found black spots on the pillowcases.

Great location in regards to been within walking distance to a lot of things...

I've stayed here a few times now and never had a bad exper

Our stay was amazing I took my mum and son away for the weekend and even though the rain was on and off the stay was perfect we will be back again soon

Was transferred two days before arrival to another property breakfree beachpoint further down the road smaller apartment no ocean views, was dirty, rubbish in the bin, couch was dirty and stained, no lights in main bedroom, beds were on the small side, only hanging space no drawers or shelves for folded clothes, still waiting reimbursement for non ocean room

The Staff was friendly and accommodating, went out of their way to help.

The photos you see online to book look good but the actual apartments were very old, mould in the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen had a bad smell and there was dirt in the corners and the kitchen cupboards were filthy. When it rained, the water came inside from the balcony door. The only good and very clean thing was the ocean view from the apartment and the pool toilets that were very clean.

Room was not ready by 2pm as per the check in time. Furniture especially the lounge was very very old. Old kitchen with original stove etc and old appliances. Wall paint was terrible and needs repainting. Beds were average. Views of the beach were fantastic. Great indoor pool and spa. Limited visitor parking.

2nd time in this building, room very spacious with amazing views of the ocean. Served our needs with public transport so no need to use the car.⁹

Only good yhing about property is lication..rest property is very dated and apartments are smelly.

The location is excellent. Short walk to everything. Patrolled, beautiful beach straight across the road. The view was stunning from the 14th floor. Unfortunately my room was very tired and worn and well overdue for a renovation. Compared to my other family members who were in beautifully renovated rooms, I paid the same price as them which is a bit disappointing. The carpet is almost threadbare and very stained. The kitchen was fantastic and a laundry in the room was great. No air conditioning to the bedrooms was a major disappointment. The undercover swimming pool was great for the children. Overall it was a terrific stay and would definitely stay again in another room. The 180 degree views of Surfers Paradise truly made up for the tired old room.

The wide ocean view from the lounge room was great but having only one air conditioner for a 2 bedroom apartment where one of the bedrooms didn’t even have a window that opened was well below expectations. The lounge looked 20 years old and needed replacing several years ago. Only one TV with no subscription channels was also disappointing. Overall, if you want no frills with great views and a position close to Surfers Paradise then it will suit but i recommend going in the cooler months due to the lack of effective A/C.

Fantastic place to stay. We enjoyed it even more than the last time we were here. Receptionist was so nice and friendly, apartment was clean and tidy and we had everything we needed. The views were incredible
