호주는 밥을 사먹는 것 보다 소고기랑 닭고기 돼지고기를 울월스나 콜스에서 사서 구워먹고, 요리해먹는 것이 효율적인데, 주방도구랑 키친을 사용할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 , 따뜻한 물도 잘 나왔고 가격대비 좋았다. 아그리고 여행상품을 10% 할인해주고 만약 그레이트 베리어리프를 선택하면 픽업서비스까지 해준다. 직원들은 친절합니다. 재방문 의사 있습니다.

We had the room next to the laundry. It was very noisy. Impossible to sleep before 1am.

In the first 3 days i was there the bin was emptied on day one but no bed made or any other cleaning done. After i spoke to the receptionist on day 3 she did the room herself. Microwave did not work properly and was cracked..unsafe. No electrical items appeared to be tested and tagged. Aircon was very effective, bedding was clean. Some mould in the shower and on the shower curtain.

This is a budget motel and our room shouldn't have been rented due to safety issues. The owner would refund only one of the 2 unused days even though we had vacated by 8:30 am. The fan was dismounted from the ceiling. The bathroom door was splintered wood. There was mold on both the air-conditioner and the bathroom ceiling. We arrived at midnight, so leaving was not really an option. It was so noisy all night long with lots barking from dogs, traffic, garbage trucks, screaming people at night, screeching birds, noisy air-conditioner that kept ticking loudly. The front staff was actually pretty good in trying to get a hold of the manager of owner and relating that they wouldn't be in for a while. Expedia was helpful in trying to get a resolution but even they weren't able to sway the owner even with the pictures showing the state of the room.

The staff were excellent. So obliging. Looked after our bags before and after. The room was prepared so welcomingx

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Stay very good. Very clean.

For what it's worth, the room had efficient and stable AC as well as a working TV, free WiFi, and attentive staff. Unfortunately, some of the guests at my party decided not to stay upon arrival as the listing was nothing like the actual property, and it was very much a nicer version of a hostel. The area was extremely unsafe, and the walls were thin. Not bad if you want a cheap stay, as I imagine the hostels in the area were horrific. If you are looking for luxury/comfort, this is not the place.

The microwave did not work there was no volume on tv and seemed to be domestic violence around the whole area

All facilities offered at City Palms are clean and easily accessible. Staff are very friendly and approachable and happy to give suggestions regarding activities in Cairns. My stay here has been relaxing and very comfortable. I will certainly be back to stay here again and would highly recommend City Palms to family and friends. Thank you team! The air conditioner had a very low output and had to run all the time to keep the room cool.

Close to everything you need. Staff were extremely helpful.
