아주 좋은 위치와 깨끗한 객실이 마음에 듭니다. 가족 여행으로서 객실 상태가 항상 신경이 쓰였는데, 역시 글로벌 체인점이라 그런지 매일 여행출발하기에 위치 뿐 아니라 무료트램 35번과 멀지 않아 편했습니다. 다음에도 꼭 가고 싶은 숙소입니다.

전체적으로는 괜찮았어요. 가격이 우선 진짜 저렴해요 저렴한것에 비하면 진짜 저렴. 사진처럼 깨끗하지는 않아요. 그런데 완전 더럽거나 그렇지도 않고요. 가격대비짱

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was clean and very comfortable. We had our room upgraded for free, and had a balcony looking out onto Lonsdale. Walking distance to shops and Melbourne Park. Great value for money, thank you

the shower area can clean a bit more.

Beds were comfortable which was a positive. Room was run down. Didn’t seem to be very clean. White stains on lounge, chairs and the floor. Air conditioner wasn’t working, rooms were stuffy and too warm. There was a sign that said renovations were starting to happen. The bathroom looked like it had its walls and ceiling painted recently, however the paint had splattered over the bathroom, on the tiles and in the bath. There was a badly patched hole in one of the bedroom walls. Parking was available next door which was handy. Staff were friendly, helpful and apologetic for the lack of air conditioning.

great customer service i will say. Staff is very friendly and helpful. location is awesome. but the rooms are weathered and you can tell. its a place to lay your head at night but nothing special. bathrooms are very outdated.

The bathroom was getting a bit tired looking but still fully functional

I checked in late at night as my flight was delayed. They were very helpful in being able to get checked in outside of hours. Clear and easy instructions. Great night stay for a short term stay.

Toilet roll balanced on towel rail because no holder. Bath internal surface breaking away underfoot and blocking drainage. Only one glass to drink from. Very ordinary especially for the price that they were charging.

Whilst the location , room ,price and staff were good To save money they turned the elevator off after hours!!! We were on the 5th floor making it quite a climb and with a sore knee that just made it more of an issue !!! There was a family with small children trying to get to their room and an older woman who had not long had a hip replacement Not acceptable

Elevator was turned off at night. Had to walk up 6 floors of stairs. Reverse cycle air conditioning - that didn’t work. Balcony doors were able to be opened to allow for cold breeze to come in, balcony felt very unsafe.

Clean, service

Was a great location, but could drop the 200 extra deposit until cleaned properly and everything works properly, but kids had fun using the spa bath and the quietness of the room, and the friendly staff were amazing.

Staff member wasn't around at check in at 5.45pm, had to stand in the door waiting for them to return. Rooms are tired and the bed is very firm. Some lights not working in the room.

Very friendly front of house staff. Room was clean. Only complaint was the curtains were not wide enough to cover the whole window. Well priced option for a short stay in very good location.

Suitable for my needs for basic, budget friendly and safe accommodation as a mature female. Everything I needed without frills, and a good location. I will stay again.

Shower fluctuated from cold to very hot. Nearly got scolded. Staff need to check couches when cleaning as my husband found various items including a cigarette butt when looking for for something under cushions
