Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was clean and very comfortable. We had our room upgraded for free, and had a balcony looking out onto Lonsdale. Walking distance to shops and Melbourne Park. Great value for money, thank you

I checked in late at night as my flight was delayed. They were very helpful in being able to get checked in outside of hours. Clear and easy instructions. Great night stay for a short term stay.

Beds were comfortable which was a positive.
Room was run down. Didn’t seem to be very clean. White stains on lounge, chairs and the floor. Air conditioner wasn’t working, rooms were stuffy and too warm.
There was a sign that said renovations were starting to happen. The bathroom looked like it had its walls and ceiling painted recently, however the paint had splattered over the bathroom, on the tiles and in the bath. There was a badly patched hole in one of the bedroom walls.
Parking was available next door which was handy.
Staff were friendly, helpful and apologetic for the lack of air conditioning.

great customer service i will say. Staff is very friendly and helpful. location is awesome. but the rooms are weathered and you can tell. its a place to lay your head at night but nothing special. bathrooms are very outdated.

Toilet roll balanced on towel rail because no holder. Bath internal surface breaking away underfoot and blocking drainage. Only one glass to drink from. Very ordinary especially for the price that they were charging.

Whilst the location , room ,price and staff were good
To save money they turned the elevator off after hours!!!
We were on the 5th floor making it quite a climb and with a sore knee that just made it more of an issue !!!
There was a family with small children trying to get to their room and an older woman who had not long had a hip replacement

Elevator was turned off at night.
Had to walk up 6 floors of stairs.
Reverse cycle air conditioning - that didn’t work.
Balcony doors were able to be opened to allow for cold breeze to come in, balcony felt very unsafe.

Was a great location, but could drop the 200 extra deposit until cleaned properly and everything works properly, but kids had fun using the spa bath and the quietness of the room, and the friendly staff were amazing.

Staff member wasn't around at check in at 5.45pm, had to stand in the door waiting for them to return. Rooms are tired and the bed is very firm. Some lights not working in the room.

Shower fluctuated from cold to very hot. Nearly got scolded. Staff need to check couches when cleaning as my husband found various items including a cigarette butt when looking for for something under cushions
