Filthy hotel. My child Found half a packet of cigarettes under the sheets on top of the mattress. Staff suggested they couldn’t have been there and

Room was great for the price, clean and neat. parking onsite so was good.

No one at reception at check-in .needs a good clean and a tidy up

No information given on arrival. Had to ask where the room was, clumps of dirt in foot prints as you walk in. Frozen milk in fridge that was off. No information in hotel room for wifi or anything. Kept awake all night by person in room 12 banging and yelling all night. No one onsite in the morning to talk to. Didn’t even know where to return the keys had to look for that myself. Would highly not recommend.

Shower screen dirty , dusty , shower gel been used , toilet seat wet , tv was dirty clean beds , does not look like it does in the photos , had plastic bag on smoke detector

It was dirty. There are rubbish in the drawer.

Upon checkin they attempted to charge $50 more than when i booked saying prices change daily Get into room heater aitcon doesn't work replaced with small heater right beside the bed shower kept running toilet leaked had a bucket under it by morning whole bathroom floor was covered in water from toilet has really been neglected since i last stayed there never again

Parking was easy, car park was dirty.

I was very un happy with this stay, I booked into a new hotel and didn’t spend the night here. The photos shown are not a good reflection of the room.

Good price, but Unfortunately, my stay was not very comfortable due to several issues with the room. First, the room faces the main road and is very noisy. There are also three air-conditioning units on the balcony, which generate significant noise. The sliding balcony door cannot be locked properly and has gaps, so it does not block out the sound from the road or the AC units. The air conditioner inside the room blows air with an unpleasant fragrance. The refrigerator is also very noisy — We was woken up several times during the night — and it does not cool effectively. In addition, the soundproofing in the room is poor. I was disturbed at night by noise from other rooms and the hallway. The clothes hangers in the room were also quite dirty. I hope the hotel can improve these issues for future guests.

We had a balcony that had a lovely breeze, BUT. there was old dried vomit out there! The whole area needed a good pressure washer clean. The table and chairs needed a wipe down too. Not all the pillows in the room had pillow cases and the pillows looked old and definitely dirty. The car park area had a lot of weeds too. The problems that we brought to the staffs attention were promptly attended to.

This property was not what was expected. The photos and description provided are far from the actual state of the room and are obviously very old. There is only one restaurant, not 3 as described. The misinformation even went as far as another booking site describing this place as a hotel, a 5 star accommodation and top 10 romantic location, so far from the truth. It is a motel, and a cheap motel at that. Very noisy from cars, people and machinery (not sure what it was). Would not recommend if you are looking for a nice, relaxing and comfortable room and for more than 1 night.

Checked in and 10 minutes later left and went to the hotel across the street. Rooms smelt mouldy, stains and holes in the walls, chunks of hair in the drain in the shower.

The buildings and facilities are OLD, and in need of a complete renovation. Mould in the shower, sub-standard condition of the room generally.

It was filthy inside and outside. Beds were ok Cracks in shower floor. Paint peeling off the walls Spider webs on windows with ripped curtains. Laundry was full of rubbish and filthy. No way could you use the laundry. Towels were all frayed in the bathroom. The woman wanted us to pay cash. We paid half cash and half card. I would never recommend that place and I do not think Hotels.com should. Worth maybe 100.00 a night definately not 649.00 for 3 nights. The saying " You get what you paid for" and we certainly did not get what we paid for. We overpaid by $300.00
