We have stayed here a few times. It’s convenient to the terminals and the rooms, although fairly basic, have all that we need when in transit. The restaurant and bar downstairs is very good, too. What was a little frustrating was the impersonal check-in and check-out service. We still required staff assistance as we wanted a second access card which the electronic system couldn’t cope with, both when checking in and out. Saying that, we will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable hotel for an overnight at an airport. Great you can get takeaway food from the restaurant. The reference to an airport shuttle is misleading though and this should be made clearer to customers as this was originally a deciding factor in us booking our stay here. We had to get an uber to the airport when we left as it was raining and didnt fancy getying wet on the trek to get the airport terminal transfer bus back to the International terminal.

1. Too far from domestic airport to the hotel(not only 10 minutes walk ), also it’s not really safe for female if walking alone at night ( especially go through the car park ) 2. It’s not free If take the shuttle bus $9 per person 3. No shuttle bus service after 4pm

Good overnight stay. Comfortable bed and clean. Nice fluffy towels and great shower. Easy check in and check out. Restaurant on site pretty good for evening meal with plenty of choices. Did not do breakfast as we had an early check out.

I stay at the Ibis every few months when travelling internationally. Everything was to a high standard as usual. This time there was an automatic check in which although it was fairly easy to use, I do like checking in to a hotel with a real person who can answer questions. There were a couple of staff at the counter which every person checking in needed their help.

The location was good, near the airport but also able to walk to train stop to get to the center of the city. We were in the middle of a long trip and made use of the washer and dryer in the room.

one of the better airport hotels I've ever stayed at. Super easy to walk with bags from/to domestic terminal regardless the time of day and felt safe. Decent enough food and bev downstairs, friendly helpful staff. Cool view from bedroom to watch the planes. Room was honestly decent sized, but most importantly clean, comfortable. Enough for a good sleep and shower before long-haul flights.

It was fine. Not great, not memorable. Just fine. Self check in and out is so impersonal. No information given about paying for parking. No information at all in the rooms about anything like the restaurant or things near by. Room was beyond basic. Bed was meh. Bathroom door didnt fully shut. There was a kettle in the room but no coffee sachets. Was just blah, nothing special at all.
