ibis Brisbane Airport

When travelling all day and get to your hotel all I’m looking for is a cup of tea/coffee and a couple of biscuits. You don’t supply any biscuits. That is something that you need to do. 99% of hotels or motels supply biscuits it’s a nice touch please start doing this. More importantly why don’t you

Very convenient for what anyone would need flying in or out especially

Clean, functional room close to both domestic and international airports. Great option when you arrive tired from the journey or want to fly out early next day. Average food options in the restaurant downstairs.

A good stopover option if needed for travel plans

Very basic and MASSIVELY over priced. Like sleeping in and school corridor. AC controls did nothing. Not a hanger for the towel or space for wash bags. Bare walls. One bedside light. Better than sleeping outside, that’s about it.

Proximity and price rateto Brisbane Airport was my main

Great food cold beer and a good selection of wines. Great air port shuttle service.

Conveniently walking distance next to the airport, clean tidy room, friendly reception staff, and great restaurant and bar. Will stay again.

Disappointing from check in to getting out. We called the hotel for directions from the Domestic Airport on Saturday 18th July at about 10pm. The girl who we were dealing with seemed to find us a source of amusement and wasn’t at all helpful. Once we arrived (walking) from the airport the male counter staff was similarly patronising and disinterested. Just basically rude and disrespectful. Once we got to the room it was filthy. Stains on the carpet along the wall (rm 620) and the bathroom didn’t feel cleaned with the grout stained as well. Definitely NOT Ibis standards. We could have stayed at options close to the airport that were much cheaper and had free shuttle for collection and drop off the next morning. Not great Ibis. $319 overnight and no where near that value. Would not recommend.

Check in at the kiosk was quick and easy. Staff in the bar were helpful and friendly. Food was great, good sized portions and value for money. Our room was great and bathroom amenities were good quality. Buffet breakfast had a wide range of hot and cold food, plus juices and coffee machine. Overall a great choice of airport hotel.

Best location for an overnight stay before an early flight

Friendly and very helpful staff. Lovely rooms and facilities. The bus transport to the airport is an excellent service.

Excellent easy pre travel hotel

It was a real pleasure to stay at the Ibis Hotel in Brisbane, we were met by wonderfully smiling staff who helped us check-in which was a very smooth operation, the room was spacious extremely clean and comfortable, there were all the facilities you need in the room, for a long stay or overnight stop, the restaurant was lovely located on the ground floor, the choice of food was very good and reasonably priced, its location is brilliant for Brisbane airport just a short taxi ride or if you’re able, you can walk to it via a bridge. All in all the Ibis hotel is an excellent place to stay, would I book it again, absolutely.

The room was clean. The restaurant was good and very handy. The towel rail was in the shower. That was a bit weird

방이 습하고 먼지가 있음. 개미가 나오는 걸 보아 pest control을 제대로 하지 않는 것 같음. 직원들은 불친절함. 인종차별하는 것 같음.
