Des trous dans les mur des télécommandes absentes un frigo qui fait un bruit de tracteur vraiment horrible je n y retournerai pas

Il faudrait vraiment penser à améliorer les infrastructures, les chambres outre le fait qu elles soient vraiment petites , il y a des trous dans les mur dans les portes aussi et le petit déjeuner est vraiment minimes , tartines et café seulement

Bathroom needed some repairs. Plenty of parking and staff were friendly and helpful.

I know the price was OK. But Its the first time that we have stayed in an IBIS accomodation. Its one of those places were you get 2 cups one chair , the shower lets loose onto the outer floor tiles. The window blind didn't function properly, to keep it down we had to add a weight to the middle of it so it wouldn't fly up and expose us in bed, etc. There were a few others who must have been vaping as you could smell it the hall. It was different. Looked just a bit worn out. needs a paint job. But was able to sleep reasonably well. The air conditioner roared when it turned on in the middle of the night. so we kept it off. All in all WE won't complain. we get what we paid for.

Everything that we required was available. Very happy with all amenities.

Eu não gostei do café da manhã, e meu estava com cheirinho estranho e lençóis sujos, mas serviu pra um curta estadia com um custo mais razoável

Clean room and bathroom also the staff was excellent

Staff were polite, I didn't have a lot of contact with them. Room was clean for a budget motel but it has had a lot of guests. Not fond of the bunk bed above the queen bed. Bathroom amenities were clean, the hand basin plug was missing, not helpful. Biggest complaint I have is charging guests $10 per night to park in the car park what's going on here?? Next time I'm looking for accommodation I won't be putting this motel at the top of the list, I think only for emergencies.

Everything at Caslua Ibis was better than others I,v stayed at

poor signage made it difficult to actually get to the property that was the only problem being on such a busy road without a left turn into the property and poor signage to help find it was frustrating. the staff were very accommodating and polite with their help. great service

Excellent staff, especially the Samoan staff, great customer service and helpful 👍 Parking was gr8! Rooms were clean, but you need bump up your pillows, and have soap/flannels. Otherwise great accommodation, enjoyed our stay!!

Not very clean, they left only half a toilet paper, no soap, no lights in the room, it was not good. We have been in other Ibis motels but this one was one of the worst.

The lighting situation was underwhelming. No ceiling lights, so quite dark. No body soap, but they found some for me. There was one plastic stool in a room for three.

Fridge didn’t work, had to turn the water on and off to use the toilet. Mattress filthy
