Everything at Caslua Ibis was better than others I,v stayed at

poor signage made it difficult to actually get to the property that was the only problem being on such a busy road without a left turn into the property and poor signage to help find it was frustrating. the staff were very accommodating and polite with their help. great service

Excellent staff, especially the Samoan staff, great customer service and helpful 👍 Parking was gr8! Rooms were clean, but you need bump up your pillows, and have soap/flannels. Otherwise great accommodation, enjoyed our stay!!

Not very clean, they left only half a toilet paper, no soap, no lights in the room, it was not good. We have been in other Ibis motels but this one was one of the worst.

The lighting situation was underwhelming. No ceiling lights, so quite dark. No body soap, but they found some for me. There was one plastic stool in a room for three.

Fridge didn’t work, had to turn the water on and off to use the toilet. Mattress filthy

Clean room

Upon arrival, room was without soap. Second bed (single bunk) was not made up, nor was there a quilt to accompany the folded sheet and pillow left on the bunk. Questionable stains on the wall above toilet cistern. Overall cleanliness and feel of the room was below standard. Parking is easy and there is ample, staff member at reception during check in was friendly and helpful.

I wa very happy with my overall experience. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was very clean also.

It’s budget, so you need to BYo toiletries. The bed was lovely, pillows were nice. It was safe and quiet. Perfect for overnight on our way back to Yass. Bathroom was clean. International roast coffee wasn’t great, but it did the job!

Actually we booked for a King bed upon arrival at the front desk, the lovely lady at the front desk appologises for the changes made instead of having a king size bed, they got a queen bed, and also offerred free breakfast the next morning, my parner & i didnt mind, we just took the room and we loved it, i would like to thank all staff for their smiling faces that served us during our stay at the hotel 😇😇 hats off to you all

Room, neat and tidy only thing there was no matress cover top cover, i would like the staff to be reminded of putting it next time otherwise room is okkk neat and clean, thanks 😊
