Ibis has always been basic but clean and comfortable consistently before. Here, there was graffiti on the wall in the room (room didn't smell great), the air con didn't work, and there was almost no pillows on the bed. I don't like to complain but it was a bit disappointing.

Friendly staff, nice and clean. Easy parking. Very quiet.

Great location with many buses to the city and a short drive from 3 train stations.

Disgraceful

The accommodation is good for the price. The rooms are quiet and the beds are comfortable. Only down side is that they have started charging $10 to park in the car park. Totally unnecessary in my opinion.

The downstairs and entry were very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has no lift which I don't belive is advertised? The carpet in the halls is quite old and not free of odours. The room was ok for the price, however I was a bit dubious about the A/C which was an old window rattler. The parking is an extra $10, and of course they take no liability for break ins, also not advertised. There were not blankets and limited services in the room. It did however serve its purpose for a short stay and was reasonably priced and clean. I would stay again if I needed to make a quick trip to Sydney and needed a place quicly to stay.

Didn’t fulfil my stay here as I was put off my the state of the room and property. Room very dusty and noted a cockroach as soon as I entered. Advertised “air con” - just a very old heater on the wall that didn’t work. Staff at check in were friendly. No lifts- needed to drag luggage up 3 flights of stairs.

Convenient for my needs and great prices

Our stay was very comfortable!! The BEAUTIFUL Angel who was nothing short of incredible. We chose the Queen room with bed bunk. The room 327 definitely needs its lock fixed as it was difficult trying to get into our room. As does the window cause it had tape keeping it fully closed. Aside from the repairs our stay was really good and will definitely recommend!

Sadly parking comes at a price now !? Unusual for under average accommodation. the mink blanket is nice tho. i did sleep well.
