Great place to stay. and location of this hotel is great. But, food is not good.

위치 괜찮고 직원도 친절해요 다만 방이 작은편이라 답답했고 조식이 뷔페식이 아니고 몇가지를 선택해서 먹는 방식이던데 미리 알았더라면 조식요금을 추가하지 않았을겁니다

Comfort hotel for biz trip

Very noisy. Thin walls, you can hear everything, pack your ear plugs. Not just the traffic but neighbours bathrooms etc.

Was very close to everything around the city.. Perfect place to stay if you are looking for around Darling harbour.. Could do with some biscuits when you have an early morning coffee.. Overall very good place..

Such a great location, friendly staff and lots of great things about it. However our stay was tarnished by an almost non-working shower head that only let 3-4 streams of water out making it impossible to shower and wash our hair. Secondly there was a very noisy banging coming from one of the air conditioning vents that came and went all night long which lead to a very interrupted sleep. Besides these 2 issues with our room, I would recommend this accommodation.

Was an overpriced room with poor water pressure in the shower and mould.

All three rooms booked for our party were clean, but one room's AC had a minor problem repaired, and another lacked bedding as a result of rushed early check in. Both issues were taken care of. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Great location! Just a block walk to the Darling Harbour with every food option imaginable. The only things that weren’t what we were expecting was the small size of the room, to be fair we don’t spend a lot of time in the actual room but if you have a big suitcase like we did it is tight counters. And the shower, mostly the shower head, it had two different settings one that was like a jet stream and the other was like a dumping of water. It had great water pressure but finding a happy medium was a task. Otherwise no other complaints. Staff was friendly and helpful especially with food recommendations. Cafe in the lobby was great for grabbing a coffee before setting out for your day.

Location was great and staff were excellent, unfortunately the air con did not cool the room and the shower was so small you could not bend over to reach your toes.

Almost on the waterfront so plenty of options for dining, shopping etc etc. staff are amazing and go out of their way to make sure alls ok. Just had an issue with the room being very small and cramped BUT I only slept there, had an issue with the bed feeling short as my feet were almost hanging over and I'm only 5'11".. but impeccably clean

Very handy to transportation.

Nothing especially unique but very conveniently located in Bangaroo for what we had planned. Nice little cafe and great front desk/ cafe staff. Negative had to ask for replenishment of coffee/milk after servicing of room and no specific hand towel or tea towel.

The staff at reception were extremely helpful and kind to me, answering all of my questions amazingly. Would happily stay here again just because of them!

Such a cute stay and close by some amazing eateries...big ups to Moss the Boss for checkin in on us during out stay

Great hotel in lovely Bangalaroo district, very walkable for the wharf, restaurants, wildlife/aquarium, metro etc. Everything very clean, quiet and smart, staff lovely. Slight marking down as no safes in rooms and rooms quite small, but overall definitely happy to recommend and would not hesitate to stay there again. Enjoy!
