Great location

5 star beautiful hotel breakfast was perfect staff on service fantastic everything was taken care of room was comfy bed excellent maybe a later check out say 12pm as standard only because we were to comfortable to move

Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Pillows were great but the mattress is not the most comfortable I have slept in. Overall beautiful property and in a good area where almost everything is within walking distance or with transport near by. Great welcome from Jason at reception

Service and staff was exceptional. Breakfast was a great experience. Nice business atmosphere.

Rooms were quite sparse and small.

Well priced for location and size of room but standards are slipping in small ways. The details matter at high end hotels and I’d rate the Rialto about the same as a Hilton. Tired, in need of refurbishment and mostly clean.

Overall it was good One time didn’t vacuum and room need it Staff and breakfast was very good

The room was quiet and fairly well soundproofed, and the bedroom space itself was comfortable. However, there were several maintenance issues. The shower was very small and the shower head was broken, constantly slipping down the rail. It also looked like someone had lodged paper into it as a temporary fix. The shower drain also did not drain properly and water began bringing up dirt and hair that appeared to be from previous guests, which was quite unpleasant. Check-in was also disappointing. I arrived around 2:45pm and was told my room was not ready yet and that I would be contacted once it became available. Unfortunately I never received any call, message or email. After 4:30pm I called the hotel myself and was told they had been trying to contact me. I had been closely watching my phone the entire time and there were no missed calls or messages, which made the situation feel poorly handled

Amy on check in was excellent

Seemed to be poor management. Requests for room to be serviced ignored (twice). Restaurants problems. A wine delivered from a bottle filled up with water (quickly apologized). Food very disappointing. Only reliable service from the concierge - helpful and effective (ONLY ones used by the end). Perhaps the worst high level hotel experienced in last 20nyears. Sad.
