원래 예약했던 방에서 업그레이드 해주셨어요! 영어를 다 못알아들었는데, 방에 가보니 엄청 큰 방이더라구요~ 숙소 베란다가 리버뷰여서 정말 좋았어요! 숙소 컨디션도 전체적으로 깨끗하고 좋았습니다! 그리고 친절하게 응대해주셔서 기분 좋았어요

직원들은 친절했지만 딱히 도움받을 일은 없었다. 청소가 주 1회 되는 곳이라 청결도 면에서 안좋은듯하다. 쓰레기등의 관리가 어려웠다. 시설은 깨끗했지만 바퀴벌레를 자주 목격했다. 작은 것 큰 것 다양했다. 위치는 좋았다. 옆으로 가면 맛있는 식당이 많고 이가마트가 있어 좋았다.

숙박시설은 깨끗하고 직원도 친절해서 좋았으나 주변에 역이 가까워 기차소리로 인한 소음이 약간의 단점이었슴.

My family stayed 13 nights in Citiview and 12 nights in the opposite direction. The Cityview Room was fantastic and comfortable. But the opposite room was not good. If you are planning to stay here, I recommend staying at City View even if you pay more. There were Southbank stations and cultural bus stops nearby, so it was good for traveling downtown or near the city. Clean, transport, swimming pool, viewing... It was perfect.

Perfect location, helpful staff prior to check-in.

Have stayed at Ivy and Eve before not long after it opened. Some wear and tear which is expected. Could be a little cleaner (dust in tracks of wardrobe and under glass of bedside tables), however overall we were happy with our stay and would stay again. Very helpful staff.

Very central location, excellent facilities, clean and comfortable beds. Parking was a nightmare with no instructions given to access the parking garage. I ended up ringing after great difficulty finding a number. Was told to park in the loading zone with hazard lights then come into the building to check in. Loading zone was full resulting in a stressful and chaotic rush hour round the block multiple attempts. A simple answer would be to provide a check in area and an information sheet with booking information. Or a pin code to park prior to check in. The stress of getting there really ruined our experience unfortunately.

Perfect for QPAC and central Brisbane. Love the location. Fabulous apartments.

I had an alarm going off in my room every single minute. Receptionist sent up security at about midnight who couldn't find the source and suggested I let him know if it gets louder. Had to sleep with the tv on..

The staff in the reception area are all smiles and have top-class interaction with you as you check in. However, they are minimal in the sense that you don’t encounter them as you go through the complex, which adds a home-like vibe. I absolutely love the room! When I first saw it, I was blown away. It was clean and very charming, with a modern design language. Despite being a small space, it feels much bigger than it is. The bedroom and bathroom are phenomenal, both radiating the same clean and modern design language. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances you could need, including a dishwasher and electric kettle. There’s also a washer and dryer in the bathroom. Attending functions at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre was convenient because it’s just a 3-4 minute walk away. There are numerous bars and restaurants nearby, as well as a 7-Eleven convenience store, supermarkets, and the Wheel of Brisbane. The River City Cruises, Queensland Museum, Queensland Cultural Centre, and Queensland Performing Arts Centre are also close by. You’ll be close to many attractions and won’t easily get bored. For shopping, eating, or simply hanging out, the Queen City Mall is about a 15-minute walk away.

Location is great but the furniture is very tired. Beds have massive sink whole in them.
