망고 라군 리조트 & 웰니스 스파

넓고 깨끗함, 단, 해변과 거리가 있어 산책시간이 길어짐

별관처럼 되어있는 구조의 리조트였습니다. 전 매우 만족하였으나 2박동안 린넨교체가 되지않는것을 모르고 수건사용을 하여 그 부분이 조금 불편하였습니다. 하지만 그것을 제외한 모든것에 만족하였습니다.

리셉션 6시 땡하면 다 퇴근하고 리조트에 아무도 없는것 같음; 방안에 extra blankets는 세탁 안되있고 첫날 체크인하자마자 화장실 불 안들어와서 비상전화로 얘기했더니 다음날 고쳐주러오고;;; 카드키 자주 고장나고,,, 암튼 조용한거 빼면 한국인 여행자에겐 별로안듯, 택시불러서 타고 다니거나 개인차량없으면 완전비추입니다. 방안에만 조용히 놀거면 강추고요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

First when we arrived , I have noticed my Room Main Tv was broken , I have immediately notified one of the staff member, sent email and called after hours staff member on the phone but for 4 days there was no contact at all from anyone I did get an email saying someone will contact me on saturday which never happened, Both rooms had different facility. Room 1 did not have a espresso machine and sodastream . So all on all both rooms have different facility but same charges???

The room was excellent, but cramped for 2 adults with luggage but cozy

I had one of the most wonderful weeks of my life staying here. The resort is surrounded by beautiful nature, the pools are perfect for relaxing, and the whole atmosphere is calm and healing. The staff were kind and helpful, and I loved how easy it was to feel at home and at peace. It was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday and enjoy time by myself. I left feeling recharged, happy, and full of gratitude. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here at Mango Lagoon. We will definitely consider coming back next year for another relaxing visit.

Short walk to beach area - although the entrance/exit to the road that leads to the beach is NOT marked clearly and can easily be missed. Generally quiet mood throughout the property.

Lovely apartment ... Glasses instead of plastic pool wine goblets would be nice - for drinks inside - and a couple more larger cooking pots. Would find walk to 324 a bit much in hot months with luggage. Pillows not too good to sleep. Great pools. Too far to walk for us to the esplanade but a much nicer property and apartment, than some closer to the esplanade.

Incredible stay. The staff and manager made our stay so enjoyable.

Our late check in was seamless. The facilities were excellent. We stayed in a budget room that was on the tiny side but had everything we needed. Only issue was a light bulb in the lamp on the bedside table that was dodgy and it tripped the power point switch so we weren’t able to charge our phones or make a cup of tea or watch tv. As it was late at night my son and I discussed if our lack of power was urgent or not because there was a sign to say a $50 fee applies to non urgent after hour calls. We decided to wait until morning and go to reception. The maintenance guy doesn’t start work until 9am anyway. The lovely lady on reception made me a nice cup of tea whilst I waited and charged my phone in reception. Aside from that the place is lovely. There is a lack of parking though and we parked on the road for the duration of our stay. The day spa area and the beach pool areas are lovely and we met some nice people sitting around the pool. Palm Cove is a lovely spot and would highly recommend this resort. Just a short stroll to the beach and all the action.

Awesome location

My sister and i stayed for a girls week and enjoyed the apartment and facilities. 4 pools were fantastic. We had a courtyard which stepped out to the pool which was handy. Can't say enough about the amazing staff. Will definitely be back!

Lovely place to stay while visiting Palm Cove. Apartment was modern, well-equipped and clean. Really enjoyed our time here and would stay again.

Very nice and spacious apartment with good facilities for the whole family. Worth the value and highly recommended.

We had a great stay at the hotel. We arrived after hours and had to retrieve the key from a safe. The process was easy and we were in our room in no time. Room was clean and tidy. It was a spacious room and the living area was great. The stay was quiet and the we felt safe at the site. 1 minute drive down to some great restaurants on the foreshore. Pool was good and was easily accessible from the room. Thank you for our stay.
