I had one of the most wonderful weeks of my life staying here. The resort is surrounded by beautiful nature, the pools are perfect for relaxing, and the whole atmosphere is calm and healing.
The staff were kind and helpful, and I loved how easy it was to feel at home and at peace. It was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday and enjoy time by myself. I left feeling recharged, happy, and full of gratitude.

Lovely apartment ... Glasses instead of plastic pool wine goblets would be nice - for drinks inside - and a couple more larger cooking pots.
Would find walk to 324 a bit much in hot months with luggage. Pillows not too good to sleep. Great pools.
Too far to walk for us to the esplanade but a much nicer property and apartment, than some closer to the esplanade.

Our late check in was seamless. The facilities were excellent. We stayed in a budget room that was on the tiny side but had everything we needed. Only issue was a light bulb in the lamp on the bedside table that was dodgy and it tripped the power point switch so we weren’t able to charge our phones or make a cup of tea or watch tv. As it was late at night my son and I discussed if our lack of power was urgent or not because there was a sign to say a $50 fee applies to non urgent after hour calls. We decided to wait until morning and go to reception. The maintenance guy doesn’t start work until 9am anyway. The lovely lady on reception made me a nice cup of tea whilst I waited and charged my phone in reception. Aside from that the place is lovely. There is a lack of parking though and we parked on the road for the duration of our stay. The day spa area and the beach pool areas are lovely and we met some nice people sitting around the pool. Palm Cove is a lovely spot and would highly recommend this resort. Just a short stroll to the beach and all the action.

My sister and i stayed for a girls week and enjoyed the apartment and facilities. 4 pools were fantastic. We had a courtyard which stepped out to the pool which was handy. Can't say enough about the amazing staff. Will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at the hotel. We arrived after hours and had to retrieve the key from a safe. The process was easy and we were in our room in no time.
Room was clean and tidy. It was a spacious room and the living area was great. The stay was quiet and the we felt safe at the site. 1 minute drive down to some great restaurants on the foreshore. Pool was good and was easily accessible from the room.
